Didn’t they have a DA with FRXB before?
I'm putting out an APB on any specific info on: NVSA and SLAC Also will FRXB be huge redemptions considering it's both off-brand Hyperloop and the same clowns that brought us FRX/BODY. Holding shares but for sure want to dump them, just not sure when.
Fortunately I had warrants before my speculation. Really didn’t think it would take off that much but was nice. Truly thought it was a great fit & of the opinion that UTAA may have said no vs OF like what FRXB said.
OF claims to not be going public now. FRXB didn't necessarily turn down a deal but they walked away from the table. I think OF goes public via SPAC if the space gets saturated and / or the free money hack they have going seems to be in danger (they won't admit that's the reason of course)
$UTAA is a no brainer at the current price of $10.16 An incredible $.04 below NAV Number one SPAC that OnlyFans would potentially merge with, did you know they have a director who works at OF? Now FRXB is confirmed to be out of the running (even tho they disqualified themselves) with the Hyperloop DA Nevermind that OF said they aren't going to SPAC after all Buy today or regret it when I'm selling my shares at $100 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
This is the same team that brought us BODY(bag). Got suckered into FRX/Body by the Taricas open and investor friendly style and paid way too much for FRXB commons and warrants when it first came out. Thought Kevin Meyer had a leg up on some bigger media companies. And they were in talks with OFs so I guess that's as close to jackpot as I was going to come. As for this, I hope this gets my money back is all I'm hoping for. Not exactly holding my breath tho.
Part of me wonders if that article's source was someone involved with FRXB who was trying to distance themselves from Only Fans. The article read like "Hey Only Fans may be interested in SPACs... But it's definitely not FRXB. They talked to a lot of SPACs it wasn't just us. FRXB would never be associated with something like Only Fans. We're Disney people. Hey go look at Beachbody."
I’ve been following UTAA and FRXB for some time now waiting for the news to break. I can see this running good for a few days but will quickly sell. Problem here is what happens if they don’t? And u are holding a worthless SPAC. I can wait til news becomes official

That's an excellent team but we know that OF was looking at a $1-2B valuation with FRXB so I don't think they would consider a fund that large.
Bought a ton of FRXB at its' highest before FRX merged and it became apparent BODY was DOA! Held it this whole time but so pissed when I found out they rejected Only Fans...before that they were going to bring CocoMelon's parent company public (if you have toddlers you know) but Mayer and Staggs took it for their own company unrelated to the SPAC. Needless to say I went from loving the sponsors to hating them bc they turned out to be shady assholes after all.

OF specifically approached FRXB for that very reason and FRXB turned them down because of the porn aspect.

They don't want to go public just to go public. They want a strategic partner to help transform their image into more mainstream while still keeping their cash cow. That is why they approached FRXB. If they wanted to go with just any sleazy SPAC with 400 MM a DA would have already been announced.

my thoughts exactly. i sold my FRXB CLIM FVT NOAC all for this today. they aren't bad teams at all but Eagle team, DMY team, and Chamath are all tier 1 that no other team can touch. DCRC team is getting close to teir 1 also imo
