Ok thanks for the clarification. I've had other liquidations, they all were tradable. HIGA was the first one to get frozen without it being because of the SPAC filling something off hours, iirc. So maybe I should have stated it that way instead.
There's a big difference between multiple weeks notice (IPOF) and an immediate unannounced halt because of uncertain criteria (HIGA).
It's so arbitrary though. Why are my HIGA WS getting delisted, but my IPOFWS are not? Is it nasdaq vs NYSE?
NYSE shows [it was halted](https://www.nyse.com/trade-halt-current) on 10/3 around 1:30, says "News Pending". Hasn't traded sine 10/3. NYSE probably going to delist the warrants 'based on “abnormally low” price levels", like they did with [HIGA warrants](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220930005613/en/NYSE-to-Suspend-Trading-Immediately-in-Warrants-of-H.I.G.-Acquisition-Corp.-HIGA-WS-and-Commence-Delisting-Proceedings).

Thanks for the info. I'm talking about HIGA. It's backed by a pretty successful PE firm. My hope is that they have a deal lined up, but that finding a target has been more challenging than they expected back in early 2021. I guess it's not necessarily a bad sign, but the warrants took yet another dive this week.

Curious what everyones thoughts are for this: I own 250 shares of SVFAU in my taxable, and another 250 in my Roth + 150 of HIGA.U. At this point, I'm down about 25% on each, and with no targets yet I'm getting close to selling. Does this make sense? Should I hold? I know sunk cost fallacy and all of that but it also seems silly to sell prior to any targets announced.

FPAC, warrants have jumped quite a lot in the last week if thats any indicator. BWAC, theres some DD here on reddit, also they launched their website a couple weeks ago and someone claimed to have emailed them and gotten positive anwsers, which according to some is an indicator. Im also in HIGA and BTAQ but idk about them really.

Hey! I'm glad to see people researching HIGA based on my recommendation! Good find on the S-1, I didn't know they had filed for another SPAC. Here's to hoping these HIGA warrants make us some money
Started loading up on HIGA warrants at $1 per a recommendation here yesterday. Then spotted that HIGB filed an S-1 on 3/15. There is also a Twitter mention of a possible 3/26 filing for a third SPAC in this series, but I haven't found it yet. HIGA is six months in with a $360MM trust and a focus on TMT.
Honestly... I plucked HIGA at random from Spactrack lol. But I did do a bunch of DD. HIG Capital is successful, and I suspect they're gonna pull a company from their portfolio of private equity investments (Trace3, for example, would be a fantastic target). Couple interesting names on their board of directors too, Sidney Taurel for example. I like that they've kept a low profile. None of these guys are on Twitter. Seems like they all just do their biz, and I like that

First of all, holy shit. Careful man. Also, I’d look into TWCTW, OACBW, CRHCW, IMPXW, PRPB, HIGA, LNFAW, MLACW and SVSVW. All private equity guys who have long track records of success on deals. Mind if I ask how you go about choosing yours? A few interesting names on here.
TWCT is just stupidly low, so are IMPX and HIGA. OACB and CHRC have come down a ton too. These teams are all top notch deal making machines.
You could add Trace3 to speculation and hopium. It's a data analytics/AI/cloud computing company. They have an executive that's on the board of directors for HIGA. The company has been aggressively expanding; with recent acquisitions they now have a combined revenue over a billion. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go public via SPAC

You listed the ticker for Health Assurance Acquisition Corp. as HIGA. The correct ticker for Health Assurance Acquisition Cor is HAAC. HIGA is the ticker for H.I.G. Acquisition Corp.
This is just my top-of-head list, and your definition of near NAV may vary, but: CRHC, PRPB, SCPE (a bit higher-risk). For more under-the-radar ones, I've been intrigued by EMPW, HIGA, and MAAC.
