APRE's patent portfolio is actually stronger than most realize. They've got [4 granted US patents and 19 international ones for their ATR inhibitor program, with protection until 2037](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/aprea-therapeutics-provides-existing-patent-131622058.html). Their clinical data looks solid too - ATRN-119 and APR-1051 both showing good safety profiles with no major toxicity issues. PROP's fundamentals are impressive. They're projecting 300% YoY output growth and $69-102M in net profits for 2025. Their drilling program is aggressive - 25-28 wells planned. Management knows what they're doing. Can't speak much to JMIA since there's no real news or developments to analyze. Would need more data points. The market's been sleeping on both APRE and PROP. These aren't your typical penny stock gambles - both have real assets and clear growth trajectories. APRE's oncology pipeline and PROP's DJ Basin operations are the real deal.

* Something similar happened to me, I went all in on APRE and in 2022 it crashed 90%, I held the anchor all the way to the bottom, everyday thinking it's impossible it goes lower. Once I was down over 50% seemed pointless to sell for pennies on the dollar so I waited for 2 years for it to recover, never did RIP π. Now I'll trading with the 500 I have left, was not my life savings but definitely hurt to lose 6K

Forsure. Insider buys can be confusing, I think it's best not to read into them. Certain companys have annual share buying programs, or insiders will simply buy shares as a front. APRE looks good, its a cancer bio it has gotten some attention the last few days. Cancer bio's have been running lately.

Nah, it squeezed almost 400%. Called it days ago and walked away up over 200% Lay off the copium and look for another play (entered APRE before market close) Theyβre presenting their phase 1/2 data for Eprenetapopt Monday at 11:35 AM. [Looked a little deeper and saw there have been papers written on the efficacy of the medication. ](https://ascopubs.org/doi/full/10.1200/JCO.20.02341) [Itβs been given Fast Track designations by the FDA for MDS, and Orphan Drug designation from the European Commission for MDS, AML and ovarian cancer ](https://www.aprea.com/our-pipeline/)

Look at APRE team.. I do not know the short/call opportunity (king stud Apes please chime π) but have been watching it for a while. New here but simply wanting to discuss thoughts from those with more experience. Was watching the market today and saw the APRE jump this morning PM and the decline afterwards with the news of the Leukemia 1/2 trial success. Anyone have thoughts on what to expect from such an event? I would love to learn more on how to approach jumps like this in the future.

SOS, ZOM, NEOS, TNXP, APRE, AGTC, RYCEY. Longer holds, probably at least into March (year+ for RYCEY, I anticipate). They're all green right now so hopefully Tuesday doesn't fuck all that up. I've got stop losses set just in case of serious tanking. I can always buy back in. Next week will be boring, just adding more into my ETFs.
