For any given PIPE investor, through, the amount they want is relatively small. And well, using that example, most of the PIPE probably isn't happy with the deal right about now. GBRG is trading like it is going to pump immediately upon deal closing, same for HLXA, same for ARYD, same for TUGC. Sure, if you passed on the deals to buy the commons later, you would have been burned on a pop here and there, but that is way better than having to wait to the PIPE dump on the vast majority of SPACs. If I offered you a share of TUGC at 9.09 that isn't sellable until after the pipe unlock, do you really think that is a good deal?
I think TUGC and ARYD? Nothing interesting though.
I bought 3000 locates of ARYD, is there any way I can sell them to somebody else ? If anybody wants to buy them how would such a deal happen ? This market of short selling and locates is very unregulated.
Since ARYD does not have warrants, how do you think will this influence the price it will trade post DA ? Obviously most spacs with DA trade between 9.80 and 9.95. What do you think of ARYD ?
