[They recently got an extension from NASDAQ](https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0000887151/000143774926023107/caps20260708_8k.htm) until 1/4/27 to be in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The real risk is the new minimum value of listed securities (MVLS) rule from NASDAQ. If the MVLS is < $5M for 30 consecutive trading days, the securities are subject to immediate delisting with no cure period. A spike & close above $.37-.38 would reset the count, assuming they sold the full 3M shares on the ER volume spike the other day. Following up though, I'm seeing that [it may still be under review](https://tax.thomsonreuters.com/news/sec-stays-controversial-nasdaq-5-million-listing-rule-pending-review/). I'm convinced that this could be one hell of a turnaround story if there's a boom in housing/construction. They put out [nonstop positive PRs](https://capstoneholdingcorp.com/news/) & the only negative is that they're leveraged (like all the big tech companies are). If they can clean up the balance sheet over time again I think this could be a solid growth play.[ Institutions (including Goldman Sachs) loaded in this past quarter](https://fintel.io/so/us/caps), even if only by a little (but it also effectively doubled institutional holdings); the float isn't that high with insiders/3i/that guy on ST owning so any shares... 'Side note: $BXBL is an interesting story along these lines too; modular homes & stone veneer go hand-in-hand.

What Happened to Pre-Market Boxabl Shares * **Equity Rollover:** All existing private and crowdfunding shareholders rolled 100% of their equity over into the combined public company. * **Conversion and Exchange Ratios:** Private shares did not convert on a direct 1-to-1 basis into public common stock. Instead, shares converted according to specific common and preferred exchange ratios **outlined in the merger filings** (for instance, preferred-to-pubco ratios calculated around 0.08318) to fit the $10 per share public valuation framework. Your shares may have converted to 148 preferred but they were still worth the same. They are worth less now because: Boxabl Inc. (**BXBL**) stock dropped following its public market debut on July 20, 2026, primarily due to concerns over valuation disconnect, low revenue relative to its $3.5 billion SPAC valuation, and initial profit-taking and now the stock is only worth $3.92 which gets you your $580. It's just math.
