Totally understand and appreciate your insight. Otc and especially sub pennies are volatile for sure. The good thing is their pricing is usually very low risk, such the case for $CBDL as far as being at $.0003. I appreciate the comment back and saying good luck. I wish the same for you as well!

So, in early October, based on a variety of things I read in this forum and elsewhere, but not having deep dive knowledge on anything here I decided to hedge and take small positions in 10 pennies. I've cut bait on 3 of them, but still hold the rest. KULR, RR, and ELTP have all done well, especially KULR. LODE is treading water and the other 2 are stinkers so far, but holding as the amount is so small, why not. I also have a tiny stake in CBDL and just day trade it repeatedly. It's garbage, but it's paid for itself already so I'll just continue the minor trades. Later I bought a similar small stake of UAMY and that has increased a little and I'm holding. Prior to any of this I had take a much larger position in AISP, though I never viewed it as a "penny stock" and that is finally paying off. After today, I'm up significantly. We'll see. Good luck. Oh, and the nice thing is these are all in an IRA so no tax issues on anything. :) Not for a few more years, anyway.

$CBDL is looking strong for big money next year or possibly end of year. The best CBD company in the market right now that's on the verge of exploding. $EEENF 88 ENERGY has been on the verge for years, but are finally putting all the pieces together for their oil future. Currently putting out about 500 barrels of oil a day, they will increase to about 1000 by the end of year. They should easily double this by next year during July. Huge growth is about to happen and they have no debt.
I'd rather go with CBDL, they're growing exponentially with each quarter in what they make.

CBDL. They’re specialized in CBD treatment for PTSD, depression and a list of other ailments. Having a couple of them myself and having been helped by CBD in conjunction with prescription medication, I believe in the company. I was in for a million shares, which have dropped 80% during this event, and rounded up with four million more today. So we’ll see what belief in a company gets me.

I only had a small amount of FBCD shares but still took a 40% hit there. This was supposed to be one of their prized debt free shells and all they had to show for it was the $CBDL CEO who uses her tickers pretty much as dilution share selling scams? At least for now, I have lost faith in Krisa/Cooley and even SSM. I almost immediately pulled out my funds from SNRY, MDCE, and IFXY.
rightfully so - even if one takes Krisa's recent update at face value that the new owners have huge ambition with acquisitions etc, lets look at the facts: \-The new president and CEO's other small business, CBDL - from financials they blew 200 M and their revenue was 122M. So they ave 100M in the hole. THEY HAVE NO MONEY. Their sales/revenue was 225.9K in 2020. \-They acquired FCBD - unknown how they afforded this. \-Any acquisitions they make going forward would likely be through the sale of FBCD stock - they have a history of Diluting companies tremendously. CBDL outstanding share history from 2016 to 2020 was diluted as follows: 3.78k 121.87k 1.59M 108.36M 934.78M meanwhile their sales revenue went from 2.5M to 528K 79.64k 225.6K respectively fro 2017 to 2020. \-FBCD, IMO, became their latest bank machine to sell shares and withdraw cash from the market. Krisa is horrible at communication and transparency. That plus a President and CEO that has a history of sucking companies dry, is not a sound investment, thats gambling at best, and a likely loss. I can’t tell you how many times I see some ding dong post about CBDL and I feel compelled to respond. I literally have a long diatribe that I copy paste. That thing is a piece of shit. It would appear the rest of these are the same. And MINE? Oh dear. I think I made about $80 off that and sold as it dipped, saying that I would buy back in if it ever started an upward trend. The dip continued.

5 decimals is only for certified investors IIRC, like you need to get certified with FINRA. Also CBDL is pink current so you should be able to buy it, but you’ll need to put an order at .0002 or .0003. If you put the order at .0003 theres a chance the ask will actually be .00025 and you’ll fill there.
It seems normal to me I don’t see a pink color or yield sign. The ticker in question is CBDL.
