TND and LODE which are brand new recipients of arbitrum grants. Those are just narrative plays. Crown is the one I'm comfortable holding. First thing I've been excited about in over a year.
If Bitcoin loses its dominance, then low-cap altcoins could run. ICE is the only one I'm convinced has the potential from the list. I'm still very much optimistic LODE & CTSI will have an epic run in the coming months.
