CHUC is a great penny stock, to the moon 🌝 🚀 They are involved in marijuana, nicotine, and are getting this new technology developed to stop underage kids from smoking vapes and disposables. They also hired a guy from Harvard who is known to bring penny stocks IPO. This could be huge! I would buy

Henry(Pres CHUC) was on ground floor at xxxii, at $15m mkt cap (full disclosure i helped get market awareness and went to $400m)...he played a big part in helping Santa Fe get bought before xxii. Completely difft company and product. The amount of smokers is getting smaller every year. Look at CHUC revenue just from PMTA sales in Q2 alone vs xxii. Watch SBX..if you do your due dili you would see rapid growth in q3...the first qtr it's been available.
If you follow the sales reps in LinkedIn and see the number of new job openings, it should give an idea of how fast their SBX product is growing. Q3 will be the first quarter of SBX revenue...those figures r due by Nov 15 (45 days after qtr ends). Meaning the co now has two revenue streams (PMTA sales/royalty and SBX sales). The increasing value per PMTM (last one sold for $1m) and their is a royalty with some of them now. That last sale gives a value of over $650m for entire portfolio...today's mkt cap is a fraction of that. You can see the crackdown on illegal vape sales which should only make that portfolio worth more. Reynolds just launched their first product with CHUC pmta.. Have to think the other players are watching now. Insider bought AFTER the stock made that big move too. If SBX sales show growth, it gives Big Tobacco two reasons to take a look at CHUC. Manufacturing facility is now producing (according to sales rep on LinkedIn). Was Q2 a fluke? Or is this the start of something bigger. Insider buying has typically been a great indicator to watch.
You keep pumping this stock, yet your facts are copy and pasted from a website in which CHUC is one of the clients. This is info that would have helped back in Aug. What's the argument to get in today?
What do you mean? Co just posted huge Q2 numbers, sales rep on LinkedIn has been stating that sales for SBX (new product) are exceptional. Insider bought at 52 week high a cpl weeks ago AFTER the big move. Vaping cos are in a pickle. FDA is cracking down on illegal sales, vapes imported from China are being blocked, and some states are only allowing vapes filled in the US. CHUC seems positioned to capture on all of these opportunities.

CHUC …. Long term holder here finally reaping some benefits… still a long road ahead before I hit my goal
CHUC profitable, massive rev growth, mgmt own 45%, $650m PMTA portfolio. https://www.realcreativeagency.com/chuc-best-nicotine-vape-stock/
CHUC has been rising all month steadily and has tripled in price since beginning of August, and hasn’t gotten too much attention on here.
Thank you Blackberry..youre correct. This is extensive due diligence that is being summarized in an easy to understand format. Unless an investor was specifically looking that the Edgar filings, they would never have seen that one of Big Tobacco's biggest players **bought CHUC PMTAs THREE TIMES**..the co never put out prs. Most people have no clue what is happening with the vape space (which includes marijuana)..the Chinese tariffs are crushing most companies because almost all vapes are made in China. States are starting to ban flavored vapes that are not in compliance with the FDA (that includes #1 Geek). States are also starting to ban any vape filled outside the US..which is practically every co...so CHUC starting to manufacture in the US (Q4) with both a FDA compliant product and a product that doesn't require FDA review (SBX) makes the company even more attractive. This past quarter Big Tobacco acquiring 16 PMTAs fo $11.7m (plus licensing revenue) makes the company profitable..meaning they don't have to raise funds. The management team took paycuts over last 2 years and loaned the company money to stay alive. CHUC sits in a pretty good place with Big Tobacco faces serious challenges...yes they are paying me to tell their story because they don't need funding from bankers (who would put out research). It is VERY tough to get coverage when you're trading on the lower exchanges..but the company has stated their goal is to uplist.
The reason it has seen so much buying is that Big Tobacco starting to buy/license their PMTA portfolio (The imputed value of the PMTAs is $650M)..BAT/Reynolds made headlines this week when they announced new launch (that's the CHUC PMTAs they bought). \#1 Geekbar is having their vapes stopped at the border and banned in the stores. Altria has 100,000 stores with bare shelves they need a product on. And CHUC's SBX (just launched) is growing FAST..preferred over Juul in taste test, it is quickly becoming a category killer fo the vape space...AND it doesn't require FDA review. Give you an idea of how big SBAX could be..GeekBar, the #1 vape until March of this year, does a $500M in less than 2 years from launch. Market is waking up to the fact that CHUC could become the leader in the vape space.
Unlike most penny stocks, CHUC is profitable, it doesnt need bankers, which provide research. A pump and dump pays to get interest usually for fundings. CHUC is very profitable...

CHUC - Big Tobacco needs their technologies with new tariffs, FDA pressure: profitable new 52 week high
CHUC having a good day
Thank you. We only work with companies with disruptive technology. Having the symbol in blog posts or content helps with SEO. CHUC has NO research coverage because they have been self funded. They couldn't put out PRs about the Big Tobacco purchases, so we helped get the word out. It is challenging for a small company on the lower exchanges to attract attention.. We are compensated by CHUC, but we also bought shares for long term.
since people don't look at the accounts that post DD. OPs bio: "Our clients include VRSSF and CHUC. We get paid to market their story. https://www.realcreativeagency.com/subscribe/ Our username refers to TraceFree, a startup we founded..the first remote browser." at least they are sort of open about it.

Close out CHUC and put it into NLSP. merger approval coming on the 25th, announcement on the 30th. It will absolutely go up. Make a quick $390 to $600 and sell. The. Put those profits into something like BBAI, which is extremely stable above $5. It won't go below that unless something crazy happens. Wait until it gets to $8 to $10, which will happen this year, and sell your profits, and the. Move them to another stable stock like QBTS . I'm not sure if this qualifies moderators.. It's speculative, but a penny stock...keep reading Big Tobacco (Reynolds) has started QUIETLY buying their PMTAs "nicotine authorizations".. these let a company LEGALLY sell flavored vapes in the US The company did NOT pr these...so the market has no idea (**find the 8k filings** [**here**](https://www.bamsec.com/companies/1134765/charlies-holdings-inc)) So far they've **spent $11.7 for JUST 16 of them...the company has 650 (est value $600M)** In addition, the company has a non-nicotine product (doesn't require FDA review) that is ramping up and beet Juul 15 to 1 in a taste test. 1. Mgmt/Founders own 45% 2. Q2 earnings due out week of Aug 18 (expected significant revenue increase and profitable) 3. Mgmt believes either PMTA monetization or non-nicotine product could enable uplisting. Chinese tariffs, FDA crackdown, new State Vape laws and Juul patent have knocked out 2 of top 3 players (Geek Bar and NJOY)...it makes sense why Reynolds is buying the PMTAs so quickly and quietly. There's a lot more to the story (USA Manuf and age gating technology) **If you want a deeper dive, just Google "CHUC big tobacco"** *Long the stock*
$CHUC - big movement this week, but hasn’t scratched the surface
“CHUC” Heard it was renamed to SNED
CHUC - US Nicotine Market play.. and non-nicotine play. Lots in the pipeline. Potential 40x… not exaggerating
Yes, I am aware. I’ve submitted PMTAs myself. The vast majority of CHUC products with PMTAs (again, unlikely to ever be approved, and could possibly be refused at any time) are CHUC** e-liquid** products. BT is not, and never has been, interested in eliquid products.
Old as fuck? Why does that matter? The due date for the applications to be submitted was September 2020, and the original deadline for an FDA decision was September 2021… almost 4 years late! CHUC is in the remaining 0.01% of 2020 PMTAs… which is a GOOD THING. Not sure why you imply it’s bad… are you aware of how long the FDA regulatory process takes? Did you know there are several tobacco flavored products CHUC submitted as well?? Considering Altria ($MO) was just ordered to remove their NJOY devices from the US market due to copyright infringement- yeah someone might actually want to pay hundreds of M’s- maybe B’s… It’s literally chump change to big tobacco- Please let me know if you have concerns- I’m happy to discuss further
Rarely- but I am speculating that $CHUC could be one soon. $CHUC’s nicotine products are in the remaining 0.01% of PMTAs filed with the FDA- They recently sold 15 of their 600+ pending applications for an about $450k/application to RJ Reynolds… (Big Tobacco) Our current market cap is ~$27MM, but our PMTA holdings alone could be worth $250MM+ as is… Consider for yourself- but I am in big with over 200,000 shares currently. Oh- Altria ($MO) was just ordered to remove all NJOY devices from the US market at the end of March 2025 due to copyright infringement… they are now lacking an e-cig device in their portfolio!
I see that it used to be .36 in ‘21 and now is .117 I don’t have much thoughts. Just got questions. When did CHUC start? What kind of positive feedback from JSCGC? You read anything about possible offerings? What is their market cap? I see you said they got revenue. Are they profitable yet? (Example: CVNA caravana has revenue but is not profitable yet) Thanks!
Thanks for the heads up on CHUC. The more I learn the more I like, and up 12% since this post with a ton of volume.
The '22 PMTA, which includes several hundred flavored synthetic nicotine products approved. The '22 PMTA, which includes several hundred flavored synthetic nicotine products. Just getting to the next step, "Substantive Review" enables them to market the products.. keep in mind **A LOT of synthetic nicotine players NEVER FILED for '22 PMTA** leaving CHUC in a very small group. There are over 6M products that have been rejected just because they were flavored..the FDA is really cracking down on preventing kids for starting to vape. CHUC's biometric vape lock could become a/the standard for the vaping industry, both nicotine and marijuana. **What is truly unique about this novel device** is that the OPERATOR has to be verified when using, as opposed to showing your driver's license/age verification when purchasing...I think that may be why the FDA may take interest in this. If there is even a hint of the FDA taking shine to this, it could disrupt the $8B e-cig market in the US. I can't help thinking about when the filter was first introduced, which made cigarettes "less harmful". Now it makes sense why **the insiders bought so much stock just a few weeks ago**.
I think there is a lot to be said for $CHUC Vape and Cannabis company. They have three strong catalysts in the pipe, so longer term (3-6 month) play; but volume and price is starting to jump. Fundamentals aren’t as bad as I’m used to with Pennies, although their derivatives and PPP forgiveness overstate historical earnings. Super strong management with a lot of background with big tobacco and regulatory experience, very low debt. Big name backers. Currently Trading around .11 cents with volume way up from 6 months ago. I’m targeting $3.5 if one of their three catalysts hits and $7.25 when the FDA grants their PTMA. Best case scenario they get their new patent (catalyst 1) launch their new cannabis product (catalyst 2) that will be enough for them to uplist. Then the FDA will send this thing to the moon.
CHUC with 3 potential catalysts in the pipe.
$CHUC Profitable, trading at less than 1Xs sales, record revenue, 2 FDA PMTAs, just introduced PINWEEL a new product line with high margins, and all executives just bought in open market.
no one in Europe can buy CHUC stock, it is suspended for being an illiquid penny stock.
release me from my bags... Trading 212 has "temporarily" suspended buy orders, reducing who can actually buy it in Europe, not saying it can't pump, but held since Jan 2021 and i am only down 96%, with an average of $1.03 after the reverse split... a low price doesn't always mean a potential to go up in price, look at $HCMC You can buy a million shares for £126, and it has 84k watchers on Stock Twits, CHUC only has 6K, HCMC will be doing a dividend and a buy back of stock, i still wouldn't buy more of HCMC, are we in a risk on environment like we were when Trump was President ?.
I am a bot. You submitted a picture of a banned ticker, CHUC. The market cap of CHUC is **26127130** This check will fire if you included unnecessary pictures that have bad keywords/phrases. Repost with the useless pictures omitted if you did that.
I got ATVK, CHUC, ZOOMEDICA, NKD to name just a few
