CYCU worth watching this morning CYCU caught my scanner this morning. Sitting around $3.58, above the 9 EMA, RSI around 55, and the recent 1-min volume came in roughly 3x its short-term average on my chart. The level I'm watching is $3.60. If it can break and actually hold that with volume, $3.65 looks like the next important test / prior resistance. Not calling a moonshot and not telling anybody to buy it β just one that's on my watchlist because the setup is getting interesting. $3.60 β $3.65. Let's see if buyers show up. Position: none currently.

I made over 5000 in CYCU yesterday, lol. Any stock can be good if you wait for a goood entry and you know how to trade it. I wouldn't touch GPRO without a sl at this point although did well scalping it this week.

I am noting the parallels to date of the share price dropping immediately after the reverse split for several days before, at least for DFNS, there was a melt up. The melt-up may have been caused by a micro float. Since CYCUs float is very small, albeit about 3x of DFNSs, I might expect potential for a melt-up of maybe 5x to 10x -- IF it is going to happen. Time frame, no one knows. Just keeping track and providing the data to everyone. Per DFNS's Q2 2026 10-Q, AI tells me they had quarterly revenue of $1.18M, a net income loss of $(1.67)M, and debt to equity ratio of 1.79x. Per CYCU's Q2 2026 10-Q, AI tells me they had quarterly revenue of $3.75M, a net income loss of $(4M), and debt to equity ratio of 1.11x. **However, after June 30, CYCU announced: it's $54.6M 10 year contract, closing on Ally video business for $5M annual revenue, they raised $4.5M in cash, announced a $500k share buy-back over the next 12 months, and today announced another deal closed in a new sector (commercial).** **To me, this gives it melt-up potential and it's still a strong buy for where it should be now and has the potential to be by Q1 2027.**
So what are the parallels of this and DFNS? I'd love to see CYCU rocket after being squeezed, but I'm curious what makes you think that it'll reflect in the same manner that DFNS did, and in the same-ish timeframe?

CYCU shares available to short per Fintel is looking very low. Looking more and more like DFNSβs pre-squeeze action β though it has about 3 times greater float (albeit small). Could get interesting shortly.
presuming all DFNS shares were float, since it was only \~0.8M outstanding shares after their reverse split, then CYCU has 3x that amount of public float (per AI's analysis of the Q2 10-Q, it's about 2.43M shares of float). Still very small. Remember from the post, it took a week or more for the melt-up for DFNS. I have no idea if that will happen with CYCU but if shorts start piling in, then it very well could surge higher next week. Also, if/when they release another big sales win, that would/will be a good catalyst for the stock. If the share price were to drop due to short selling, I am going to average down, which only makes any subsequent surge more profitable. It's just a good company in the right business that is "firing on all cylinders" in the last several months--setting up for a strong end of 2026 and 2027. Undervalued.

Mechanically, true. The DD compares the "potential" to be similar to DFNS. DFNS and WETO did reverse splits recently and it did wonders for their share price over the following many days. I'm not advocating you buy CYCU. Just letting you know it's out there.

From the PR: "Our target is break-even, profitability, and a cash-positive operating position by the second quarter of 2027." In a YouTube interview I included in a recent prior post, the CEO stated breakeven to profitable by the end of 2026 to Q1 2027. So, I believe "**BY** the second quarter" leaves him some execution room, he will surely be trying to over-deliver and likely means by April 1. In any event, you are correct, they will have losses. The current share price currently indicates about an $11M MC. It's an issue of interpretation and outlook but in my book, under the circumstances, that is very undervalued. The old saying is that the stock market values stocks 6 months ahead. Here's a company that is in very recent growth mode by the acquisition that afforded them 800 more customers to sell their cybersecurity solutions to (this is huge; no money/time spent prospecting; just presentations) and the $54M 10-year deal closing. And their current pipeline is very strong in addition. I want to buy a stock before the market values it in January 2027 and sends it much higher based on the outlook through Q2 and even Q3 2027 -- and I have done so. **More importantly at this time**, is the DFNS comparison that is worth paying attention to. Reverse split on July 20. From their Q2 10-Q, they had 758,660 shares outstanding on July 20 right after they did the reverse split (super low). CYCU will have a very low \~3.23M (25.8M/8) shares post-split. I queried AI to calculate the float per the 10-Q and it said 19.46M shares, so divide by 8 for the split yields only 2.43M shares of float. **Reverse split dynamics for CYCU could easily function in a similar fashion as DFNS did.** Q2 **DFNS** had about $7M liquid assets, Q2 operating loss of $(7M), Q2 burn rate $(9.79M). Today, with 1.66M outstanding shares (as of Aug 14) and a $12 share price, their MC is $20M. I'd argue CYCU is in a much better growth position, and their MC should be far higher than $20M now.

KUST is looking like it could be one of those crazy penny stock runners tomorrow. It has a ridiculously small float and a 13D filing last night shows a single passive investor owns over 50% of the estimated OS. They also have a pending deal with CYCU witch is up 600% since yesterday. Worth dropping a few bucks on for the potential squeeze.
