KLTO is up for literally no reason. If you want comparisons you can look at DEVS or ICCT a while back. Arguably KNW a few days ago but it had actual news. Generally speaking if you're looking for something like KLTO to keep going up you're going to be disappointed, it's up due to momentum and chart stuff, realistically it will be back to like .3 and do a reverse split soon.

Every single micro stock follows this same exact pattern it’s short sellers driving the price down they have been running companies out of business at an accelerated rate this entire year  But look at DEVS I had the same issue and thought it was going to get delisted so sold for a hundred percent gain on a pump day only for it to go up hundreds more the next day so I have been slowly buying back some  Short sellers control and manipulate the market at unprecedented levels I have had so many stocks that I’ve thrown in towel on and missed out on thousands of percent gains from just shares
