It seems very different to me tbh. Ben Kovler was appointed interim CEO for AGFY and head of their board and GTBIF issued them a $20m USD convertible note. Seems like a complete takeover basically. All that happened for FLGC was a co-founder of Verano being appointed as chairman of their board of directors. But I doubt that will stop people from speculating that FLGC could see a similar run to AGFY
I placed a gambling bet on FLGC when they announced the ex-Verano exec placement. Not sure why this sub insta-downvotes anything about them.... Yes, they're trash, but so is 99% of the other companies around here
