With PROP, I’ve worked directly with those guys for a number of years. If you wouldn’t leave $100k cash and your wife alone with anyone on the management team, then you shouldn’t invest with them. It’s hard when you don’t know them personally though. I dig deep in to backgrounds. I like to see what they have accomplished. What type of experience they have . Who their inner circle is. It’s usually generally easy to spot the liars and bad CEO’s pretty quick. If they hype the stock or say things that don’t end up being true, that’s a massive red flag . If a ceo says they have a contract coming within 6 weeks, there better be a contract announcement in 6 weeks, or I’m pulling my money. With my business, and other oil / gas companies, your word and reputation means more than your pricing and services . A few of the PROP guys are cool to hang with at the bar . But they will also be the same guys using the company credit card to buy the whole bar a round of shots. The ceo of RZLV is the same way. He’s shady. Shit he says doesn’t add up. He has a bad background. He hypes the stock too much. He dilutes after saying they won’t . They have major losses after claiming profits. There’s a number of companies that have CEO’s like that, and you can basically guarantee they will fail over time , or at least until they change the whole management team. I’d suggest getting LinkedIn , social media , Reddit , and other platforms that allow you to dig in people’s background. Also, oil and gas is just a terrible business to buy stock in. I only buy if oil prices collapse to something stupid low, then I sit and wait for 1-2 years , or until it recovers. You can try to time a war like this Iran crap, but I guarantee there will be a lot of people stuck in all these oil stocks because they bought the top. For some reason, oil companies aren’t valued very high like a tech company. I’d be looking for fair value before entering any position in an oil company. Even then, it’s a gamble. Oil stocks didn’t get any of the bull run last year. Companies like REI and KGEI were trading at prices so cheap, you could have sold off their land and wellsite equipment, and gotten more cash than the market cap was trading at

Please be careful with PROP. I’ve known a few of the management for 10+ years . They bankrupted rosehill , then started this. They are great guys to have as friends , but I wouldn’t trust anything they say about money / earnings / guidance/ etc… There’s a reason it’s priced this way. There’s lots of better small operators to pick from . KGEI , REI , just to name a few

Exactly! When you do a service for them, don’t expect to get paid for 6+ months . And expect for them to have an excuse why they don’t owe you the full ticket amount . Usually the companies that pay their bills really slow will get the “asshole tax” .. it’s where the service companies tack on every extra fee they can because you never know if you’ll get paid or not . There’s way better companies like diamondback , Validus , landbridge , kolibri global energy. If I was going to pick an energy company to invest more in, I would do KGEI or LB … (both of them are current customers)

I looked at KGEI. That looks like a buy due to how undervalued it is compared to their assets. Plus they seem profitable and lean. I’m going to do some more digging…added to my watchlist. Thank you for the insight.

KGEI - kolibri global energy - is a better oil and gas company and they are already profitable . Prairie operating used to be one of our customers when they did some work in Colorado and Oklahoma . I personally wouldn’t invest with them. But that’s just my opinion LB - Landbridge KGEI - kolibri global energy These are my only 2 oil and gas plays . Both are current customers of ours . I’ve been in oil and gas for 17 years . Personally, it might not be the best time to buy oil stocks if OPEC is going to allow more oil to hit the market in September. It will lower oil prices . Of course there’s no way to know for sure , but this is just my opinion. Good luck on your picks !

If you want a good one with some value , check out LB - land bridge , or KGEI - Kolibri global energy (both are our customers). And both are growing consistently

Better off with KGEI - kolibri global energy - for an E&P company. They are already profitable, and they stick to what they are good at. We work their wells in central Oklahoma , and they have things down pretty good
