Sorry you’re dealing with this; review the LPA for fee/pref and waterfall terms, request audited financials and capital account statements, verify the auditor’s registration, ask to speak with the LPAC/other LPs, and if stonewalled engage counsel and regulators.
Not sure if it counts as a penny stock but if a group of people ever wanted to pump a stock, I believe $LPA would be the easiest to do so.
$LPA needs volume and will be huge. Good news also.
This simply isn’t true anymore. I manage several technology teams for a FAANG type company in the US, both here and in India. Top-tier talent has quickly approached the same cost regardless of location. It’s the starting range that shifts down. Sure you can hire a team at 20 LPA, or 25-30k USD, but you’re getting exactly what you pay for. Some places do that, and hence the savings on paper. I don’t recommend staffing your Fortune 500 company at that compensation regardless of location. Your salary is still going to start at the 2-3 core level for top, experienced people - 4+ core isn’t unusual. And there just aren’t that many of them, here or overseas.

Yahoo's percentages are often off. A 1.8 million float would come to that 13.37% figure. So wherever the data is coming from, either the % or the float figure is off. Mudrick owns 3.9 million of the 5.1 million shares, so the max float could be is 1.2 million. This is splitting hairs because my main argument is around the volume. This trades like a stock that has only 500,000 shares in the float, and shorts are exposed to to a 240,000 share position on a stock that trades 20,000 shares a day on a good day. A little bit of volume into the $30's and this could snowball quick like it did for LPA.
LPA is in cosa Rica, and they build and operate real estate properties, all of which are at 100% occupancy. Not exactly sure how CLICK and LPA fit in the same sentence but it would be great to see another stock go from $1 to $500

If we could get enough people to push the volume in LPA we could all make life changing money. Stock had 12,000 volume today. Last time it had 700k volume it went from $35 to $558.

Thanks for the comment. I think you are on the right track as a new trader because you take this stuff seriously and thoughtfully. You definitely have an above average chance of success. I will continue to offer good explanations for most of my positions. Sometimes I just wing a lottery ticket. Like RGC was an expensive trading vehicle, but had elements similar to LPA, TOP, HKD etc in terms of being able to move on little volume. When there is something of substance or I have great confidence (NISN being one of them) that's when I will put in the higher effort posts.
Right now I am long NISN, CCM. These Chinese low floaters are undervalued and swing so much on light volume that they have the best chance of doing some kind of TOP, HKD or LPA run. Every single one of those stocks started moving on light volume (\~100,000 shares a day) before the breakouts and real price movements started to happen. Bought some RR as a sympathy play to SERV as well.

That actually seems really level. I’ve tried to understand options time and again but it escapes me. I’m glad that they are working out for you though. Also, apparently LPA had some good news yesterday by getting two new directors so that might be behind the pump. However, I would not necessarily call it a buy right now. If the pump continues into tomorrow, then yes. I think it’ll most likely drop back into the teens again and maybe close out the week at like $7-$9 before pumping again in the next month or so. I set a stop loss at $20 and am going to buy more shares when it drops. As for EOSE still cannot find a thing to justify the decline.

I'll write tomorrow all my summer plays. Shortly about LPA, I do have only 10 shares, so farvat 16.52. After I sold and made it, I bought it back. I'm going to watch it next week. If it doesn't go less than 14$, I jump in back heavily. And if it goes up in next week, then it means that I missed it , but I will still have that 10 shares. I made good from the start of june, but I'm still tight in budget because all I'm making im throwing into GME. And last week profit of koss and lpa will go to chwy calls of 7/26 and August. We have i think a $300ish i believe position in LPA with a cost basis of $20 and some change i think. We plan to buy more on a break of 25 with an initial take profit around 35 With that said this has had very GMEish behavior in the past so we plan to hold a handful of shares because tradign is fun and we want to see what happens lol

if it back to 200-500, then pretty cool. While, after such crazy spike, we can see to some extent the trading volume every day. At that time, almost no trading - so, maybe that never happens, i feel. It would be better to seek next LPA then.
It's horrible to trade. You need liquidity in these high volatility stocks and LPA could barely form a candle.
Sold for ADRT .. ADRT has less than 100,000 shares in its float, and it sure trades like it. 330,000 volume on May 31 caused it to spike from $15 to as high as $76. HKD, the notorious stock that ran to over $2,000, has similar kind of low volume as LPA and ADRT
I just mentioned UBXG in another post but it's already up 35% today. My #1 target is TRSG. It's in the same vein of UBXG, LPA, HKD - Asian or at least non-US low volume IPO mega pump potential. Minimal short interest, only 50K. But when a stock only trades 50K in a day, that's significant enough.
IBRX is the only one that really checks all of those boxes. SPWR has some aspects of that too. But people needs to learn to differentiate between stocks with short squeeze potential and stocks with high short interest. A stock with high short interest but is diluting like crazy and shorts are riding 90% profits cannot be squeezed. You might get a small bounce on short covering (aka they are taking their profits) but you can't squeeze them. In contrast, a stock like LPA which may have had 50,000 short interest, if that...but those few shorts got skull fucked. On a stock that barely has any volume, that's enough to cause a squeeze.
Dude there has been tons of terrible pumps on here that have little to no short interest. A company that's not diluting, is going up on small volume and with small short interest has a much better chance of a squeeze than some trash penny stock with 100% short interest but it's taking its float from 10 million to 100 million shares in the next month. LPA went from $10 to $500 on no known short interest. HKD did the same, so did a bunch of other obscure SPACs. Other than FFIE and CVNA over some time, when does a stock with greater than 10% short interest do that type of move?

Ok you are right I'm in HOLO and I know the difference between a squeeze or not but why not make money all together? LPA went from 12 to 400 in 1 week and was not shorted ..so maybe yes you are right it's not the sub right where post it but if people gain money I think it's not a big problem

I’ve been watching and trading LPA since it was TWOA. And depending on where you get your “short interest” data it’s most likely a lagging indicator. For a squeeze recipe you usually need a few things. The main one is just being chosen by whales that use algos to trade it and push the price up. It also helps to have shares be really cheap to short so you can lure in lots of shorts and then once it starts running up because of liquidity injection it gets longs to fomo in and the early shorts start covering to short higher and you have a perfect storm. Most retail shorts are daytrading so the short interest you’re talking about is mostly institutional swing shorts and they are such fat whales that they don’t need to close their shorts they just hedge or box or whatever and wait it out. The ones getting forced to cover and getting squeezed for the most part are the smaller fish. But what do I know. There are way too many ways for these whales to kick the can down the road and not enough transparency in this market for us to really understand what’s going on.

It's not at all that. Why? Because it already pumped and dumped twice in the last month. By that very nature, it's disqualified to be the most tightly wound up spring loaded cannon. That honor almost certainly goes to some stock you never heard of. Like LPA two weeks ago. In terms of short squeeze potential of more well known names, GME isn't the top dog there either. That belongs to IBRX. Just facts. IBRX has a far higher % short interest.
