$HERB.CN / LUFFF.OTC finna have a crazy week lfg
It looks like they got survival cash with an equity placement - "In October 2025, we completed an equity Private Placement, with the sale of 41,564,220 Units at a price of CAD$0.05 per Unit, for aggregate subscription proceeds of $2.1 million." I'm guessing another one would be needed this year. It does appear that they are on growth trend however - Preliminary gross sales for Q4 2025 of $6.2 million & Q3 was $3.3 million. LUFFF typically has zero volume days the "majority" of the time. Currently Bid is at $0.0539 (US) and Ask at $0.1291 (US). Pretty tough to get out of this stock if you need to on the US side.
