MDALF rocks!

Rocket Lab is not "losing money on every launch". They are actually making a little bit on each launch of Electron. The thing that is making them lose money each quarter right now is the R&D on the new medium launch Neutron rocket they are building. Without that, they would be nearly, or maybe even actually profitable. That spending should peak this current quarter and start going down. What so many of these "Rocket Lab is burning cash" posts never mention is the Space Systems side, they only focus on launch. Space Systems accounts for 71% of their revenue. It's not the sexy or exciting part, but it's the main part that is keeping the lights on until Neutron starts launching. When Neutron is launching, they can start putting up their own constellation to tap into the space services market they haven't even touched yet. And yes, I'm invested in Rocket Lab. Have been since the VACQ SPAC days. Rode it all the way down buying into the $3s. I am also invested in $RDW, $MDALF and a very small 1% position in $ASTS. So, getting to the OPs post, I believe Space is a definite industry of the future. I am also invested in Rolls Royce $RYCEY for their future Small Modular Reactor nuclear business, and looking into other companies in the space as well (GE Verona for one).

I really like Canada, and I understand their sentiment. But boycotting bourbon and booze isn’t going to do diddly squat. Boycotting every American product won’t do much because almost all products today are a derivative of materials sourced from all over the world. This whole play is meant to divide people and foment division. The smart money will ignore politics and invest in good companies all over the world. Remember, the US has elections that are always balancing on the edge of a 50/50 division. So, not all Americans are bad and I would bet that 50% of Canadians, if not all, are probably really good people as well. We live in strange times now! As an American I bought MDALF, a Canadian space company. Canadians should do the same. I also hold about 10 other Canadian stocks and that’s just the beginning of my journey with Canadian stocks, but if I had to make an ethical/political decision about every company I invest in, based on who the leader of the country is, life would flat out suck.

How do you know it's today? I've actually been wondering if/when they'll do a joint listing in the US and wanted to buy before this happened. If it's today, I'm adding ASAP. In this case, I think the opposite will be true re: shorts since unlike penny stocks that move to Nasdaq, this is a decades-old established player in space, which is HOT right now. I think this will actually finally allow liquidity into the stock since in the US, MDALF trades on OTC.

I saw the ceo or the cfo say they were considering/pursuing a US listing, but I don’t have time to find the excerpt now. (You can google it. )It encouraged me to buy some MDALF thru Fidelity. All round a good sound company imo.

actually once I started buying stocks that had charts like MDALF I realized it was because the company was healthy and revenues were increasing. Before I would buy companies that had charts that looked like this one, hoping that I timed the bottom correctly, and would be surprised when the it didnt go my way. https://preview.redd.it/e4qa74fy815e1.png?width=1342&format=png&auto=webp&s=fe9e3693a8bd6aefa684eb482721b932b2925ca2

# **TLDR** --- **Ticker:** MDALF (MDA Space Ltd.) **Direction:** Up **Prognosis:** Strong Buy **Reasoning:** Profitable Canadian space company with significant growth, large backlog, potential for US listing, and analyst upgrades. CEO stated a new $750M contract coming soon. **Bonus:** Makes two satellites a day by late 2025 (!!) **Caveat:** Some negative employee reviews online.

I am not sure which is a better buy but wanted to help in you finding more information on MDA. There have been a lot of postings on MDA the last month on Reddit. MDALF is the US ticker but most information is tracked under MDA. Search for "MDA Stock" and you can probably see more reddit DD. Like this - [MDA Space - the only (yet) unhyped space stock : r/SpaceInvestorsDaily](https://www.reddit.com/r/SpaceInvestorsDaily/comments/1gr0586/mda_space_the_only_yet_unhyped_space_stock/) I purchased some MDA a couple of weeks ago. Seem like it is a profitable company with a good outlook for 2025.

GDNPF- Bioplastic, good growth at decent value prices. VLD- Additive manufacturing, they printed the new engine from Space X and has a bunch of great customers.
