Totally agree that MODD is a risky stock...but there is no way someone could buy MDT and have a possibility for a 100% gain in the next six months. It is a possibility with MODD. jmo ANY is interesting because it seems half the market knows that the merger is coming and the other is not putting the public info together.
Way to risky. Better off with Medtronic stock for what they are designing with MODD stock.

MODD is one to look at after a terrible year...late in the year dilutive financing, tax loss selling. But in the First Quarter, 2026, MODD is expecting FDA clearance for their insulin pump. Mark this price-- $0.39. By end of January, it will most likely be over $0.70 based on more news.
Haha people's self awareness levels are astoundingly low. You don't even need that much of a DD in this market really. Just checking 1. Potential dilution risk 2. Where their HQ is 3. What % it has gone up (or down) recently is a decent enough scan. If you can't do this much, you are left holding -40% bags like me (looking at you MODD)

I would just add that the MODD1 launch is very limited. Theyβre more so launching it as a test before Pivot. There likely wonβt be any revenue until after the Pivot launch sometime Q1 2026.
MDT is spinning off their diabetes unit into a separate entity. I'm guessing they'll see how MODD does with the Pivot pump launch and then will swoop in.
Medtronic (MDT) just walked away from an acquisition in this space due to patent issues. They are probably taking to MODD already.

I personally rotated out of MODD into NUAI for the weekend.
They cancelled production of MODD1 to transition to their new product Pivot which they aim to release in 2026. They have $18 million a year operating costs. Seems like Omnipod is the Apple of insulin pumps. Omnipod can be used with an iPhone app actually. I don't see how Modular can compete. Even the name Omnipod is better. Modular Medical Pivot has to be extremely cheaper and better work perfectly to even have a chance, and it needs to be released ASAP because they are out of money and already begged people to exercise their warrants early to raise some cash.
