$MPW October calls. New leases are a financial boon. Shorts haven't covered yet. Rate cut will send this stock parabolic.
Full port $MPW. Heavily shorted company rebounding from rock bottom with new contracts/revenue and imminent rate cuts. This is the perfect cheap option play.
OPEN, MPW, UNH all wins this week
Making a big play on $MPW. Several new leases, a lot of money coming in. Stock has bottomed. Still heavily shorted, but all that risk is gone.
MPW- company turnaround, heavily shorted with momentum so squeeze potential, 8% dividend so actually safe if you get stuck holding, new deals last week to generate cash flow, interest rate cut helps REIT’s
Thoughts on $MPW continuing an upward trend next week? Really want these calls I got for dirt cheap to print harder
MPW catching steam for next week 👀
Check out $MPW. Solid company with a big turn around and imminent short squeeze.
Wow! ATCH is holding, should’ve waited a bit to sell but happy I took profits. MPW going to be a winner
True, ATCH could and maybe should continue to climb after hours I just personally wanted to secure profit and dump into MPW but it might be a good idea to hold it. Who knows lol I don’t have a crystal ball
Thanks, MPW should be easy money the next few weeks. It’s a good option to hold and see how lower interest rates, recent new deals affect price. I bought 5k shares and some options
MPW cheapest options. High premium. Get it before they go to $10
Be careful of ATCH after hours dump…I just sold all mine and went all in to MPW for next week with interest rate cut potential and turnaround play. Already up $500 lol
$MPW is OPEN 2.0. Strong company, new leases, risk removed, will benefit massively from rate cuts, and has a lot of short interest.
Thank you to whoever posted about MPW. I wish I would’ve thought of this a few weeks ago but still feel like we are in early!
Regret for not jumping into the cheap calls on MPW...
MPW after hours is gonna go CRAZY
its a real estate investment trust that owns hospitals and leases them to operators. It’s been hammered over tenant issues and debt concerns, but it still generates significant rent and just secured new leases on multiple California hospitals. over 33% of the float sold short and nearly 20 days to cover, the setup is there for a major short squeeze. If rent collections stabilize and tenant risks ease, MPW could quickly re-rate higher, giving it big upside potential
I am full port $MPW. This company is going through a massive turn around. Rate cuts will send it flying, and it still has massive short interest despite most of the risk being gone. I don’t see much talk about it, so it’s under the radar. This is the play!
Look at $MPW! This company has a huge turn around and will benefit massively from rate cuts. They’re in the verge of a monster squeeze. Mods keep removing posts for some unknown reason.
MPW about to shooooot upppp
$MPW is the play. Big turn around, most of the risk is gone, and it’s about to get squeezed like crazy. Mods are deleting posts for some reason.
MPW, ya laughed at me. Alll aboardddddddddd
Broke $5 - next stop 10 🚀🚀🚀💲MPW
Flying... Squeeze $MPW. 🚀 🚀 🚀 💲
Brotha, what do you think about $MPW? This company has reduced most of their risk that caused so much shorts. They have big, renewed leases. Their prospects look good and there is still a lot of short interest.
Looking at $MPW now, which has every ingredient to make an $OPEN like move. High short interest, most of the risk gone, a lot of new lease agreements. I'm in for 5000 shares and 100x Oct 25 5.5 calls
$MPW calls for next week are stupid cheap rn
$MPW Shorts deserve to feel the pain at this point. MPW rents ramping up, interest rates coming down, the ship has been corrected and it's pretty smooth sailing ahead. Time for this stock price to reflect the actual value of the company as shorts give up. 35% short interest is pretty huge. 🚀🚀 💲💲MPW
Anyone else going full regard into MPW? All the bad news is behind them, and they're primed for a short squeeze. New lease deals, improved cash rent, high short percentage, most of the risk is gone.
Get on the rocket before shorts panic!! 🚀🚀MPW
Squeeze those shorts! $$$🚀 🚀 🚀 MPW
Get on the rocket now!!! Next open BIG short squeeze $MPW. 🚀🚀🚀🚀

I plugged this last month, MPW. Hop on now fellas
Undervalued, I think it’s being priced by the market like there is 1 million better places to get a better return on your investment. which is honestly fair aslong as the mag 7 keep making a ton of cash. I think we get a rate cut and a dividend increase, the share price runs up to $7 and then MPW gets throttled in Q4 because they end up paying out a ton in stock comp to management once they hit $7 (happened to another stock I own) and then 2026 should be a great full year all else being equal. Still a great long term investment as far as I’m concerned, you get paid to hold it and wait and you don’t usually get a dividend yield this high that also has an attached capital increase component.
how do we feel about MPW now? Some Key Points: * Currently SP massive undervalued, fair value estimated to be at 8/9 usd * High Short Float (35-40%) which can trigger a squeeze * Steward & Prospect tenant issues are mostly solved * New tenants onboarded and paid rent accordingly as stated in latest earnings * Recovery of Revenue to 1B$ by end 2026 * Dividend Cut amend of 0.08 was until Sept 2025, so there should be a dividend increase to 0.15 announced anytime soon after September. * Rate cuts (Inc September 0,25-0,5) will favour REIT sector, including this stock. All bad news seem in the past now, and as shown in latest earnings it's showing clear signs of recovery and moving in the right strategic direction. What's your expectation of stock price by end 2025, and end 2026?

Pay no attention to the heavily shorted ABR and MPW which will pay you dividends while you wait for a squeeze. "Forty for Shorty!"
Rumor has it brokerage funds are cutting margin calls on MPW. Load uppppp
been in since 2010. sold to recover my original investment long ago and I am now up just over 2000%. still not as good as MSFT which I got into in 2009 and I’m now up 2800%. my lazy buy&fuhgedaboutit style hasn’t served me quite as well these past five years with once-huge holdings in INTC and MPW. but so it goes. 🤷🏽♂️
I think this headline is a bit misleading. MPW did not meant expectations. That said, yes the squeeze is on and has been, as it has been on the most shorted list for about a year. It's something to monitor, as I have done for some time, but to say the results were good is a reach.
Bought some more MPW calls.
MPW beat there earnings and has a great outlook, yesterday had 8m trades and is at 5.5M in the first hour. Rocket ship boyssss

I have a “healthcare” watchlist that I created with stocks everyone said would tank with the big beautiful bill. Every single stock on there has been green this week. Kinda feels like there might be a rotation back into them beginning. I was going to look into it this weekend. I know MPW was up earlier in the week but has gone down since then.
Anyone done any DD or have any opinion on MPW? They own hospitals, are a REIT, Pay a 7+% dividend and 30% short interest (seems crazy as dont they have to pay that dividend themselves when they are short?)
Anyone have thoughts on MPW? I know nothing about stocks but got some of this awhile back because of the short % and it has a dividend. Was hoping someone could shine a light on MPW. Think it will do anything?
MPW has a very large short float as well
I agree WOLF should be next stock used to be what $40-60? Massive abuse by the scammer shorts Perfect candidate BK is bs they are going to restructure Also MPW and AAL BGS too is a good one Like AAL is only being kept down by shorts who think debt is a huge issue for them but they are raking in the cash Also BGS due to inflation down but they still have 18% and didn't cut Hopefully WSB smart enough to see this!
I am going for MPW which has a 35% short float personally since I’m a bit late for DNUT
MPW has a 35% short float, I’m going for that one
Better ones WSBs should be focusing on : MPW, SDGR, BGS
Thank you for looking into it and responding! Regarding cuts to Medicare/Medicaid the CEO has stated that for MPW's tenants this will cut out the least profitable customers and allow them to make more money per patient. And they've had some major headwinds recently due to two of their largest tenants going through bankruptcy and failing to pay rent. The largest tenant is completely off their books now and those facilities have been re-tenanted. The new leases started out rent-free and are currently ramping up to full rent sometime in 2026. So income will see steady increases quarter by quarter until then. There are certainly risks that more tenants go bankrupt but MPW's client base will be more diversified going forward and it looks to me like they're out of the woods. Debt should get cheaper in the future and as long as they aren't forced to sell hospitals at a loss their real estate is very valuable.
I haven't looked super deep, but here are my surface level thoughts With Medicare and Medicaid cuts, there is gonna be a continuous struggle within Healthcare as to who ends up the loser. So that's probably a key risk. I would also guess that selling/repurposing hospitals would be more difficult than retail stores like KSS. For KSS, a lot of the liabilities is operating leases and financing leases rather than debt, which has a bit more flexibility. Also, no debt due until 2029 For MPW its just debt. Looking at the due dates for MPW bonds, there is almost 2 billion due in the next 2 years, with less than that on hand while losing money. So that means they might need to take on more debt and further cut the dividend to survive
What do you think of $MPW with 35% of its float short while currently trading for less than book value?
What does this mean for MPW? That stock has been quite entertaining the last few years….
WHO cares. It is all about making money [📈 MPW Stock: Dividend Growth Likely in H2 2025 – Here's Why Investors Are Watching Closely 💰](https://youtu.be/rE2bs0cwImU) might even short squeeze these nutts.
Exit price gets almost no discussion here. Not everything should be held forever. Heck, sometimes forever holds even could use a trim in size. I mentioned MPW, which is getting cheap enough I might re-enter, but I'm also watching BLDR and DHI (or other building names). Sector has been trashed because of high rates. Most names are near major support too. If Powell blinks and starts QE, those names are going to explode.
Upside/downside really. Buying AMTM when it was at $16-17 really didn't seem like it had much downside on a one year time frame. It was trading at like 7x earnings and relies on government contracts. So very small chance of losing big. However, lots of upside. I used calls to amplify that potential upside. MPW is similar. It's trading below book value due to their issues last year. However, it owns hospitals. It has brand new leases on those hospitals. It's hard to see a ton of downside left there, at least over a year. However, the stock could easily get back to $8-10 just by resuming their divided. High upside potential. So yeah, if there's not much downside risk, I like to maximize the upside if possible.
Great diagnosis. Yeah, I generally look at a 5+ year timeframe. Looking shorter is new and I'm still building those muscles. January calls on AMTM are a trial for me. I'm also looking at 1ish year calls on MPW as a turnaround play. Actually, I tried the MPW ones a few months ago, but took advantage of the squeeze and sold out early (still made out great).
No, this is a company that has made poor decisions and will be delisted and out of business soon. $MPW and $WOLF are the best options that I see for short squeezes right now.
MPW is a fairly safe bet and they will pay you a 6% dividend for waiting. They are a hospital REIT with 400 hospitals worldwide. They have had some tennant issues with their two largest tennants but have now worked this out and have replaced their tennants. Earnings call was moved forward a week (May 1st) which is another sign for good news.
I've made money on MPW several times. Made money on it when it was at 17, right now it's between 5 and 6.
MPW, rental income will be increasing. It had Tennant problems for the past 2 years but they have corrected those issues. The dividend is 5.94% and should grow. Tariffs have little impact on this stock. Due your own due diligence.
I've been adding to my position since October, average cost down to $4.56. r/MPW_Stock has some encouraging things to say, too
I'm long on MPW, a medical reit with properties in several countries.
as a MPW holder I can relate to that :D

BTG, MPW, F, HL, DNN What I own now.
Me: BTG, FORD, and MPW. What the fuck are you talking about? Can we crash and tariff the economy harder? Also DNN, UUUU, HBAN could come up some. Sigh. At least I'm still up $60. Gib Lambo now.
