You know, there are some things I’ll never understand about this place. I guess I should have just stayed in my lane and told everyone bad tickers to invest in ;) Have you looked into the $MTWO/$SOAR merger? Could be a rare earth play there, for those here to downvote lol
When this merges with $MTWO Volato shareholders value becomes worth 15% of the new company, while M2i shareholders will control over 85% as the M2i CEO manages the new company. I’m no rocket scientist but I think that means these shares are going to tank in value post merge.
What will happen to M2i Global inc stock? (OTCMKTS: MTWO) Won't they issue 10x more stock and give it all to M2i? So if there is 1,800,000 SOAR stock right now, after this merger won't their be 18,000,000 SOAR stock with M2i owning 16.2M of them? So $300M valuation is actually only $16.66 per share? This is such a random pairing of companies - but you basically explaining that M2i is buying SOAR for $3M so they have access to NYSE / liquidity makes sense. I don't know anything about M2i - if they want liquidity of stock - does that mean they just are trying to dump their stock?

After that $SBET unfurling and one of the most impressive runs I’ve seen in a long time, still a bit salty my limit order of 150 shares for $2.67 didn’t execute the morning the run started. Damn slow fill times and slippage. F$ck! 🤣 But anyways, convinced we are on the precipice of a financial shift and even though those changes are volatile, fraught with unknowns and so plenty of pundits and naysayers, but that’s not how progress occurs. $SBET is a curious play now they are the largest institutional holder of $ETH, and in the gaming/entertainment industry, $NVVE, $KULR, and others like $MATH or $DFDV.
