NOTV will definitely have a recovery after it bottoms out. No bullshit.
Biotech Fridays BGNE, IMRA, BIIB SLDB, NOTV.

NOTV - either going to zero within the next 12 months or getting acquired. Probably not the former since it’s got half a billion in revenue annually. ACRS - going back to 50 cents or $10 next year. Depends on how the trials go.
NOTV growing revenue and has a P/S of 0.1
One sector that keeps popping up here on reddit is pharma. Now, let's be real: the hype around these tiny biotech companies can be HUGE. The dream of hitting that one stock that skyrockets after a successful drug trial is definitely tempting. But let's pump the brakes for a sec and look at the cold, hard numbers. You hear stories about crazy gains, and yeah, the potential for rapid profit is there. Pharma penny stocks can be the fastest rocket ship to gains... but they're also the fastest one to crash and burn. 🔥 The vast majority of these tiny biotechs are pre-revenue. Think about that – they haven't even brought a product to market yet! Their entire valuation hinges on the outcome of often completely unpredictable clinical trial results. One piece of news, good or (let's face it, more often) bad, can send these stocks soaring or plummeting faster than you can refresh your brokerage account. And here's the kicker: with such limited information available on these early-stage companies, there's genuinely no reliable way of knowing what's going to happen. You're essentially flying blind. The typical analysis that investors use to evaluate more established companies – looking at earnings, revenue, market share, etc. –? Forget about it. It's not there yet. Honestly, at that point, you might as well be throwing darts at a board of stock tickers. The level of uncertainty is just that high. This is why many seasoned investors steer clear of this part of the market for anything beyond pure speculation (and even then, with money they're fully prepared to lose). Instead of this high-stakes gamble, you could consider investing in sectors and companies where fundamental and technical analysis actually pays off. Where you can dig into financials, understand market trends, and make more informed decisions based on data, not just hopium and a prayer. So, if you've got a serious itch for the pharma space The vast majority of these tiny biotechs are pre-revenue. Think about that – they haven't even brought a product to market yet! But if your mind is still set on pharma… Consider looking at companies that enable the pharma penny stock world, rather than being one of the high-risk players themselves. Think of them as the picks and shovels in a gold rush. Some examples of these "enablers" (and remember, do your own thorough research on any of these!): Inotiv (NOTV): Provides drug discovery and development services. Charles River Laboratories (CRL): Offers preclinical and clinical laboratory services. Eurofins Scientific (ERFSF/EUFI.PA): A larger player providing testing and laboratory services across various industries, including pharma. These companies generally have more diversified revenue streams and aren't solely dependent on the success of a single, unproven drug. While they might not offer the same potential for overnight moonshots as a tiny biotech, they also come with significantly less of the "lose all your money tomorrow" risk.
Certainly: Inotiv, Inc. (NOTV) is showing strong bullish momentum, with the current price at $1.925, above key moving averages: 10-day SMA at $1.71 and 20-day EMA at $1.70, indicating a positive trend. The RSI levels are elevated, with the 6-day RSI at 70.74, suggesting potential overbought conditions but also strong buying interest. The MACD histogram is positive, reinforcing bullish sentiment. Recent trading volumes have been higher than the 65-day average, signaling increased investor interest. Given the broader market’s cautious optimism, NOTV could benefit from tech sector strength. For today’s session, consider entering around $1.92, with a first target of $2.00 and a second target of $2.10, setting a stop loss at $1.85 to manage risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is high due to technical indicators, while the second target holds moderate confidence given potential resistance and market volatility.
Inotiv (NOTV) is a top 3 Loser today (currently at a 47% loss). Company makes a profit selling apes to pharma companies. Apes hold strong!
I think they do, but it looks like it’s difficult to translate due to the halts. Check the NYSE halt page, GME & AMC are the two that keep receiving amongst NOTV(?)

thoughts on NOTV earnings tmrw🤔
To lord into NOTV calls on earning play. Fully regarded.
I need someone with a big brain to use very small words and/or emojis to tell me yoloing into NOTV earnings calls is regarded. Looking at 12/16 $5 calls.
YEP $NOTV here been covering it here since it was at the low $4 range and hit $7s today. was $23 last month.
NOTV looks interesting. Low float and huge scandal knocked share price way down. Probably way oversold from the over reaction to one of their suppliers doing shady sh*t.
I can't see the original dd post. what is NOTV short interest?
I'm going to look for an exit on NOTV then depending on how AQN looks in the am I plan on moving over there.
$NOTV is up 14% today when the market is down. Go see my other posts the last month on $META, $CCL .... Called them too from their bottoms. Did not need anyone here just was sharing DD. Its not a penny stock anymore so they removed it. Its almost $7 dollars was $4 when I was writing this up friday.
What do ya know $NOTV is up 14% today. You are disqualified from making any more comments about stocks especially any stock I do DD on.
What do you think of NOTV? I'm not too sure where it might go from now on
Here is a good article about "The ‘Unindicted Co-Conspirator’". Usually used to testify for the government. I'm surprised the indictment mentions that they are incorporated in Alice Texas--which alludes to NOTV's subsidiary Orient Bioresearch, as it is prohibited to give away the name and details that could lead to the identity of the unindicted conspirator--who is acting as gov. witness. https://www.mckoolsmith.com/assets/htmldocuments/The%20%E2%80%98Unindicted%20Co-Conspirator%E2%80%99.pdf
There are many more pages of litigation that links NOTHING TO NOTV. you as always have not provided ANYTHING , you are trying to get others to do the DD for you by providing false gaslighting superficial info acting as if you have inside info. bye.
You do you. Best of luck. But what you have referenced is, yet again, not the underlying indictment filed in COURT by the Government. There are details in there not referenced in the press release you linked to or the SEC filing by NOTV.
This especially because it means they were falsely labelled as captive bred and even got official Cambodian documents stating this. Meaning NOTV is VERY UNLIKELY to have been a part of this. "The indictment further alleges that James Lau and Dickson Lau, operating from Hong Kong, owned and managed a series of related corporations that conspired with black market collectors and corrupt officials in Cambodia to acquire wild-caught macaques and launder them through the Cambodian entities for export to the U.S. and elsewhere, falsely labelled as captive bred."
$NOTV I wrote about it here. Long options and shares as of Friday. See if anyone has more DD or wants to debate my long thesis. [https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/z02xwf/notv\_deep\_research\_dd\_on\_potential\_squeeze\_growth/](https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/z02xwf/notv_deep_research_dd_on_potential_squeeze_growth/)
DO more DD. Government officals from Cambodia were charged meaning NOTV was not in the know likely since it was the government officials from Cambodia that were charged as well meaning NOTV did not likely know they were being manipulated, Since the paperwork etc was likely official. Not like it was under the table, NOTV is a public company in the U.S. so I am sure Cambodian officials hid this so they could retain their 90% NHP market share. This also only represents 21% of NOTV annual rev so even if the company saw a drawdown on NHP which its not since they have other suppliers and here is the big piece , Cambodia had over 50% of the market share with V having 90% of cambodia's in the already high priced NHP field that NOTV is 2nd supplier in the world meaning prices go up and the supply constraint widens. Read more.
Decent write up. I looked into this stock on Thursday and Friday and decided to avoid. Read the indictment. There are two “unindicted co-conspirators” who are alleged to have participated in the illegal importation. You should form your own opinions on who those unindicted co-conspirators are—I believe they are two subsidiaries of NOTV. Note that in a criminal case an unindicted co-conspirators can probably become an “indicted co-conspirators”, if the Government decides to charge them. So what’s NOTV’s exposure (ie fines) if two of their subsidiaries are criminally charged? Will their business partners flee? Will they be able to get loans? Good luck.
if NOTV has roughly a million shares short and 1.2 days to cover, price is going up tomorrow, right?
From smaller companies I particularly like the direction or DRIO. A very beat up stock but moving in the right direction. $120MM cap and announced Aetna as one or its clients. 2nd one I like is NOTV (some risk). Dropped from $16 to $5 in 2 days as they had been subpoenad to provide info on one of their suppliers (supplier had an issue, not NOTV).
Holy crap batman! NOTV tanking
