For FDA & def buyout poss will out this stock to the MOON. My opinio guy not financial advise but Iam going NO-WHERE with either one !!!!! Take me to retirement land !!!!
Going full ape with $NWBO. Researched this one a ton. Recently presented convincing PSM data at BNOS. They have a good mission and good results. Out of all the companies that deserve to randomly have their stock soar, it’s this one. They’re actually helping people with GBM get treatment that could help survivability. Bunch of weirdos on X seem to have full time jobs of doing DD.
$NWBO has a weird cult following. However the company just presented promising PSM data at BNOS today. Betting on them. Probably will lose it all. Hoping they are turning a chapter with regulatory approval
Need one for NWBO, too.
NWBO 10x-20x after approval happens this year
NWBO. Spec biotech stock that’s going nowhere.
NWBO Positive P3 top line (GBM brain cancer) UK application submitted in December 2023 Waiting on UK approval - any date
NWBO. It’s so cheap and about to explode. Granted everyone says that… but this is for realz!
NWBO - Positive phase 3 GBM (Grade 4 brain cancer). MAA submitted to the UK, MHRA. Approval decision any day.
IMO NWBOs future is very bright: 1. MHRA approval 2. FDA approval 3. Worldwide approval 4. 7 MMs settle lawsuit for billions 5. Partnerships announced, manufacturing expanded 6. Up listing announced to NASDAQ, or maybe NYSE 7. Hub and spoke franchise implemented with new partners 8. NWBO leadership and board changes, corporate offices move 9. Revenue generated beyond belief 10. New SOC for solid cancer tumors, maybe all cancers 11. New trials for all cancers paid for by partners 12. Cures many cancers 13. Stock price soars, with huge dividends, proving to be longs greatest investment 14. Ten years from now, NWBO sold to AI
That’s a great one, but NWBO is “probably” The Best.
That’s my plan, what’s yours? I’m thinking👇🏼 meme stock / NWBO👉🏻MOON👉🏻XRP👉🏻sit pretty
NWBO North West Biotherapeutics. A US biotech company with the most advanced immunotherapy literally within days of skyrocketing 10X +++ due imminent approval in Europe. Not a quick trade but a keeper . You need to read up about it. Don’t just trust any advice.
I disagree. Northwest Biotherapeutics (NWBO) may be a better choice for all solid tumor cancers. The UCLA cancer center with Dr Linda Lau may be a choice for your buddy. Proven success.
NWBO and dcvax already solved this problem and their stock got pummeled. Briacell is another one with promise but gets constantly shorted. Careful with these immunotherapies. Take profits where you can. Long way to go with this one.
What do you think about NWBO’s potential in this space?
Agree that MHRA approval can drop any time, and I think its likely to drop before the end of the year. What is your source that average MHRA approval is a year though? The MHRA has a self-imposed deadline 150 days to review applications. They often don't meet that deadline (and of course since they are a government agency, no one ever rakes them over the coals for it!) but the NWBO review is almost 2 years in duration now. even by MHRA standards that is a very delayed review.
Either reverse split or additional share issuance not just a possibility - a certainty (well, as near to certain as anything can get in the stock world). Don't know how much cash NWBO has now, but in the spring they had only $2.2 million, so they need cash. Their 1.5 billion shares outstanding is clear proof they have no qualms about diluting the crap out of their stock. They also have shelf registration for issuance of an additional 250 million shares submitted to and approved by the SEC. Yes indeed, reverse split and/or additional dilution are about as certain as can be.
Good DD. Mostly accurate information, but incomplete. True that UK approval is close and likely to happen over the next few months. Yes, their acquiring Advent is likely to be in preparation for post-approval manufacturing. True they should be generating revenue from sales next year. Not noted is just how small the patient base. Their (potential) approval is for UK only of course. The total annual incidence of glioblastoma in the UK is 3,200. That's it. their maximum patient base assuming 100% market penetration is 3,200. I'm sure NWBO will price (or try to price) DCVax-L at rate to allow profit from the small patient base, but (in the absence of a reverse split) they are not ever going to generate enough revenue to yield earnings to give anything near a meaningful EPS given their absolutely ridiculous 1.5 billion shares outstanding. An inaccuracy in the OP DD - not true that any Friday market activity was a strong indicator of institutional buying. Very few institutions have rules that prohibit their traders/brokers from investing in penny stocks, particularly penny stocks with financials as horrendous as NWBO (insane number of shares outstanding, very low cash position). Sure, there are a few institutions out there devoted to microcaps, but even those are most likely avoiding NWBO due to financials. Any increase in market activity Friday was due to speculators/gamblers like, not institutions.
People having been saying that for NWBO for years now. I hold a small amount, but I have little faith at this point.
Please be aware I do have a potential conflict of interest here because I own over 1,000 shares of NWBO. You need to know how to read research papers, how to verify sources, and most importantly any tiny thing that you can use to tear them apart. While also being able to think like an investor. The burden of proof is on those who publish and not the reader. All it takes is a 👍 or 👎 from a group of regulator’s. One you make an assload of a gains the other near certain catastrophic loss in the stock you have. These are not MRK, GSK, J&J, and LLY that can /will soak up billion dollar losses on a drug and still have 40 others in the pipeline Will maintaining profitability. Small biotechs are very vulnerable to data manipulation, fraud, and regulatory scrutiny. I mean you need approval for profit. (Or a buyout) You have Assholes who will defraud people at all costs. Then the FDA is notorious for picking on the little guy. They don’t have the big legal teams. Only invest in if you trust the data and the conclusions that other professionals completely unrelated to the study have come to. Per google there are issues with NWBO’s study. “the company made fundamental changes to the trial design, used questionable statistical methods, and demonstrated a profound lack of transparency” The changes and statistical methodology is fine if it can be verified and replicated in other trials. The lack of transparency is a huge problem with the company. It is the big thing that makes me nervous. Anyway just my thoughts on NWBOz
Hey, totally get your point fair to be cautious with any biotech, especially one that’s been around this long. But here’s the thing the Advent BioServices deal wasn’t just some internal shuffle. It was a regulatory and manufacturing move that MHRA actually requires before commercialization. You can’t sell a personalized cell therapy without your own licensed manufacturing setup, and now NWBO owns that 100%. They’ve been in active review with the MHRA (confirmed by NICE in April 2025), and closing Advent right now basically signals they’re preparing for the revenue stage, not just staying in the research phase. Yes, the wait’s been long but that’s typical for advanced therapies under UK/EMA review. The fundamentals are aligning: infrastructure done, regulatory path clear, and float still cheap. To me, that’s not hopium that’s asymmetric setup.
When I dig into this stock, I see more red flags than green. It's possible for this to go up on Monday, but I require significantly more convincing. - SEC filings about a massive public offering... surprisingly a nothingburger because it's just a renewal of previous registrations; already priced in until the offering is ever actually closed. Still, *another billion* shares to the float looming over your head is pretty fuckin' scary. I look at this and I look at their stock price history and that's all I really need to know to raise alarms. They're serially dilutive and will continue to rely on dilution to stay afloat. Nothing unusual for a penny stock here. That doesn't mean that there isn't a play to be made here, but if there is, be under no illusions that the stock price will last. They have pre-emptively prepared to basically double the share count. You do not want to be left holding this stock. - Their acquisition of Advent is actually a reacquisition of Cognate Bio, which indeed was their manufacturing arm but used to be owned by NWBO execs and they had to sell it off because they were overcharging by 50x compared to peers? I did not dig in to verify this information, but again, red flag. What's the actual play here, OP? Their phase 3 trial results were positive, cool. They're waiting on marketing approval and they have been doing so for almost two years, it seems? And mind you, passing phase 3 trials is impressive, but it is no guarantee of marketing approval. In fact it's little better than a coin flip. Without the timeline estimate, I wouldn't even be able to do my usual biotech play of waiting for the run-up to the trial results and then jumping ship right before the announcement. Waiting for a binary event at an unknown date doesn't sound like an opportunity to me, OP. It sounds like hopium.
Great breakdown! NWBO looks like it’s finally lining things up for a real breakout. The acquisition and MHRA timeline make a lot of sense — thanks for putting this together 🙌
Holy tamale...1.5 BILLION shares outstanding! Good chance company will get approved in UK for it lead product before end of year, but on the other its application for approval in the UK has been sitting with the MHRA (UK version of the FDA) since Dec. 21, 2023. MHRA is going very slow on this. NWBO could see a decent pump after UK approval. Long term tough to see how they avoid future dilution (as if 1.5 billion shares outstanding were not insane enough) given their near none-existent cash position (was $2.2 million in the spring; not sure exactly what it is now). Shelf registration for $250 million not a positive - it is a clear message that future additional dilution is certain. IMO a good plan would to take a position in preparation for the UK approval, sell pump from UK approval, if still interested in the stock then buy back after the price drop that will occur from the inevitable future dilution and/or reverse split.
PSTV, NWBO, RITE and NXGB are my current hella low cost longs.
Buy NWBO now!!! As I stated two days ago, it’s been quiet for good reason and it’s just closed it’s acquisition. The ball starts rolling now.
NWBO (Northwest Biotherapeutics Inc.)
Opinion on NWBO - MHRA approval any day
Penny stocks in biotech in the verge of causing a paradigm shift in Oncology therapy: Cydy and NWBO .
$NWBO, because I believe that DCVax can cure some really horrible cancers.
NWBO still a highly undervalued stock. Not a get rich quick scheme, likely need to see news of the acquisition finalizing and then implementation. I’m holding for the foreseeable future and suggest people do the same after some DD.
NWBO’s DCVax-L cancer vaccine is awaiting MHRA approval. That should happen any day now and it’s currently trading at $0.25 ps
ELPW has had some time to allow their new leadership to settle in, they’ve been prime to bounce back since they tanked in June and July due to resignations. NWBO has an acquisition that will change their business model and allow for a more well rounded company.
Progress at NWBO is still very real, even if it isn’t obvious to the market. Over the past year, there has been steady steps forward in manufacturing readiness, regulatory interactions, and positioning for partnerships that point toward eventual commercialization of DCVax-L. Importantly, the science hasn’t stood still, clinical data remain highly compelling, and the broader environment for cell based immunotherapies has only strengthened. That’s why my conviction in the successful commercialization of DCVax-L is actually stronger today than it was last year. The long path has been frustrating, but the foundation being laid now is what makes real, lasting success possible. That said, investing here requires patience, conviction, and a tolerance for risk. If you have a low appetite for risk or limited capital, you’re better off just buying treasuries or putting your money in a CD.
What is everyone thinking about NWBO, is it worth investing in? Some say that it is close to approval.
ATYR, ACHV, CLRB, -- gamble NWBO
PSTV, AERT, and NWBO are promising.
LP owned 75% of Toucan, which owned Advent. This deal is very positive for $NWBO — she essentially sold it for pennies. Advent is finally back where it belongs: with us, the investors. We’ll also get more transparency now, seeing the actual GMP revenue and any transactions made by Advent.
Saw an old press release that Linda Powers was the Director of Advent. If correct, then this isn't as clean a transaction as it looks, nor is it as indicative of a boost for NWBO. It's more likely a way to pull coin out of nwbo while the rest of us hold the bag. Pump 'n dump.
NWBO pummmmmpin right now no idea for how long though
I decided to take a chance on NWBO. After reading what they are doing and how close they are to approval in GB and then likely in the USA, I had to jump in. Yes, HR/HR
$NWBO *should* be doing better than it is at the moment, but isn't because of the main pharma companies. I have I think 1350 shares, bought in 3 different times, as the price was going down.
NWBO. Been watching it for a while. Not sure if I’m just listening to pumpers, but I’m convinced an MHRA decision is coming very soon. Keep an eye out for this one.
NWBO. Been watching it for a while. MHRA decision is coming very soon. Keep an eye out. Lots of people have been waiting a VERY long time for this.
Gonna start loading up on $NWBO. People have been pumping that for years. But looking at all the catalysts with recent MHRA updates and their MAA, a fork in the road is coming extremely soon. I think they’re either getting a big denial for DCVax-L or an approval. My bets on approval- we’ll see.
Why NWBO Could Be the Next Big Blockbuster: 1️⃣ Revolutionary Platform — DCVax® NWBO’s DCVax®-L is a personalized dendritic cell vaccine for brain cancer (specifically glioblastoma), which also shows potential applicability to 90% of solid tumor cancers. If validated and approved broadly, this moves NWBO from a niche brain cancer player to a universal solid tumor immunotherapy company — a $100B+ market space. ⸻ 2️⃣ Phase 3 Trial Results Were Groundbreaking In 2022, NWBO’s long-awaited Phase 3 glioblastoma trial results showed: • Median survival for newly diagnosed GBM patients increased to 23.1 months with DCVax-L versus 15–17 months typically. • Long tail of survival: a significant subset of patients lived beyond 5 years, extremely rare in GBM. That kind of survival curve flattening is a hallmark of effective immunotherapy (think: Keytruda’s early melanoma data). And the Phase 3 trial was blinded, randomized, and international — the gold standard. ⸻ 3️⃣ MHRA Approval Decision Imminent NWBO filed for regulatory approval with the UK’s MHRA for DCVax-L. Industry watchers believe approval could come in 2024–2025, and if granted, it would be the first approved personalized cancer vaccine for brain tumors in the world. This would also set the stage for: • Fast-tracked approvals in Europe and potentially under FDA’s Breakthrough or Accelerated Pathway. • Expanded trials/approvals for other solid tumors like ovarian, colon, pancreatic, and lung. ⸻ 4️⃣ Undervalued & Heavily Shorted At ~$0.22/share, NWBO’s market cap sits around $270M — a fraction of what comparable companies fetched at similar development stages: • Kite Pharma was bought by Gilead for $11.9B at Phase 2/early Phase 3 CAR-T stage. • ImmunoGen (antibody-drug conjugates) just sold for $10.1B. NWBO has been a target of documented short and distort campaigns for over a decade, potentially suppressing its value. When (not if) a major regulatory milestone arrives, the short squeeze and revaluation could be violent and swift. ⸻ 5️⃣ Broader Pipeline & CMO Control Beyond DCVax-L, NWBO owns: • DCVax-Direct — for inoperable solid tumors (Pancreatic, Sarcoma, etc.) • Full control of Advent Bioservices — their own GMP-certified manufacturing facility in London, which enables them to rapidly scale and control margins (rare for small biotechs). ⸻ ✅ Bottom Line: If MHRA approval lands and/or new partnerships emerge, NWBO could go from obscure microcap to biotech blockbuster virtually overnight. A platform immunotherapy for solid tumors would be generationally valuable — and NWBO may have it.
Hey, I bought GALT on Friday based on the information you provided. Don’t worry you’re just a source of information you never claimed to be financial advice. Bio tech stocks are notoriously manipulated by market makers and people who would benefit from poor health care. It’s sick and evil but it’s what we have to deal with. Im in the same position with NWBO. I bought GALT at 2.5, when eventually the data is so obvious there’s no way to lie, the product will be fine and short sellers will have no chance
Anyone playing with NWBO?
I have one that i've been sitting on for more than a year. NWBO. id like to post my chatgpt link on this because if it provides a nice overview of the company's current situation [Chatgpt: NWBO stock evaluation](https://chatgpt.com/share/e/68278c95-cb54-8007-8149-0847c8d7503c) The last thing I'll say about this is that, it has dropped over the year, it's waiting on UK MHRA approval as its phase 3 trials were already successful, the current valuation is a little higher than the 52 week low, and its pursuing the largest spoofing case against some of the largest hedge funds including Citadel, Virtu, Cannacord, etc. They survived a motion to dismiss. The case is now entering the discovery phase This is for informational purposes only. I am not a financial advisor.
Anyone buying $NWBO. Phase three pass DCVax-L for Glioblastoma. Could be huge
I would go with NWBO. They finished the phase 3 and should get their approbation for a cancer vaccine any day now. Will probably go from 0,28$ to 20$ and more.
NWBO. In a few days they’ll get MHRA approval for the first cancer vaccine. Phase 3 completed and peer reviewed. Fully derisked. Should go from 0.28 to 20$ and more any day now.
NWBO and KULR are my hot picks
Sounds like a NWBO 2.0 which would have been a great investment /s
Google will answer one of those better than I can, and holding $NWBO and $LIPO, watching $BCTX
They seem like they’re working on similar products, but tbh I’m regarded and haven’t looked too much into them. Do you have a price target for NWBO? 12mo or 5y target?
How does NWBO compare to IOVA?
Also long on $NWBO and as much as I hope the price moons, i really think they have a chance to cure some super shitty cancers.
I was like, NWBO... that sounds familiar... Sure enough, there is a NWBO position collecting dust at the bottom of my port, where all the sediment of poorly researched impulsive decisions accumulates eventually. Bought 1k shares at 0.56 a while ago for no reason I can recall, it closed at 0.29 last Friday. Weeks away from 100x, huh? Neat-o.
$NWBO. Lead vaccine candidate dcvax is weeks away from approval in UK. As production ramps and more approvals are realized, this will be a 100x. Dendritic cell therapy is the future of cancer treatment and NWBO will be the leader
$NWBO, the most hated on biotech penny stock of all time.
NWBO - Will be franchising/licensing their patents along with their flaskworks device for dendritic cell/immunotherapy production
Notice NWBO isn’t on this list #junkstock
Should have bought NWBO when it was at $0.31 before MHRA approval in October 2024. Oh well, biotech sucks anyway
NWBO does about 2 to 3 million on average I believe. I'm not really sure waht this is likely to get other than one thing that I care about - it's likely to get bought out. I don't care about the day trading, I don't care about the FUDs, I don't care about the shorts. None of them matters any more. It's game over. GG. This is getting bought out. Merry Christmas.
NWBO. Successful Stage 3 clinical trial improves cancer outcomes and when paired with other drugs leads to stunning recovery across multiple types of cancers.
Starting to lose hope- but NWBO
