Worried that accessible hemp will become more popular and accepted than the real stuff. It’s also so inexpensive. I see this in PED drugs like steroids, HGH, and peptides sold so easily by doctors now that buy franchises and advertise to both and women. Reminds me of the oxy clinics a few years ago. Anything to feel and look good immediately. RFK Jr. is legitimizing PEDs. Politicians are doing little to stop the hemp industry.

Look at the background of the photo. All the vertical lines slant away from the guy. This means it has been shopped to make his shoulders broader, or possibly a wide angle lens to do the same. I’m not doubting the guy has put on muscles, but his shoulders didn’t magically get wider. He is also most likely on some other PED either low dose test or tren. I’ve spent too much of my adult life looking at lifters haha.

I think a lot of people forget that coffee contains caffeine which is a highly effective yet subtle enough drug that boosts productivity. Productivity will decrease from lose of morale as well as a lose of a PED in a way. People who say caffeine does not affect them are just highly addicted and ignorant to the effects.

The adult market is 50x as big, and next to this relatively unlimited possibilities in other medical areas. Absolute gem, have €15k in it (which for Europeans is a lot). Also got €8k in SOUN, also loads of potential (earnings tomorrow).

Any thoughts on the ICU sell-off? I don't think it's merely a sell the news event. IMO, a significant factor in why it fell so hard is the fact that it's a HDE approval rather than a full FDA approval. I think people did DD pertaining to SCD-PED upon receiving the news and saw that the market for this device is extremely small.

I'm in with 45,000 shares. Was tough that the de-SPAC transaction really happened at the worst time (Fall 2022) and just allowed for bleeding/shorting. On the bright side, their SCD-PED looks like it's on the verge of FDA approval; which means SeaStar will officially begin generating revenue. Seems like this would be the time to average down if you are in this from 20223 or early 2023.

This is an uneducated take. Bag holders implies unwarranted price movement to the upside, followed by early loaders selling their shares to new investors. You clearly don't understand the value of going from pre-revenue to revenue as a medtech company. You clearly don't understand the significance of FDA approval on share price or market cap or long term projections. You're view is severely short-sighted. SCD-PED approval, SCD-PED commercial launch, SCD Adult trial results, SCD Adult approval, SCD-Adult commercial launch all before Q2 2025. This doesn't include any of the other indications. You're lack of effort isn't even worth the downvote. Enjoy the sidelines.
You can if you want. It will likely move in the same direction. My problem with Nuwellis long term, is that the agreement is only for the SCD-PED... which means that they don't have the agreement for the adult version. This is the MUCH larger market. Also, if there is any sort of buyout/bigger company that swoops in.. ICU holds the patent. Nuwellis could get left in the dust. Unlikely, but possible.

Here's a very shit take: It's kind of like doping for professional athletes. Athletes aren't selected anymore on success at their sport, athletes are selected for who responds to the current and future PED's better. Society will flip too: Either you'll be thin because of ozempic, or just thin by yourself. But that category that didn't respond well to ozempic will just be dead.
I'm not sure you're correct on that. If you re-read what they sent me it specifically says an approvable "letter" for SCP-PED is expectedby end of October. If I'm not mistaken SCP-PED is the pediatric version. An approvable letter is a list of things needed for final approval. She even put it in all caps to emphasize the difference.
They're not getting full approval. From investor relations: "Thank you for your interest in SeaStar Medical. The company is expecting an APPROVABLE LETTER by the end of October. The company has been told by the FDA that the SCD-PED is approvable, and SeaStar Medical will receive an APPROVABLE LETTER, which is a normal course in a device approval. The APPROVABLE LETTER will outline the condition that need to be met for APPROVAL. The fact that an APPROVABLE LETTER is being issued is a major, major step in the full APPROVAL process."

Also, in all honesty....you are kind of on the right track. The danger from PED's is largely from how little we know about them. I'm pretty certain they could help us a lot in very low doses, especially for post surgical recovery. But it's very very difficult to make and/or keep very good data
I mean, I do think it's really easy to get lost in the woods on the subject of PED's. I'm really hoping the military lens more into embracing them for surgical recovery. I've fucked up my ankle twice, and even at doses that the internet and personal trainers told me would have no effect, my ankle surgeon was pretty blown away with the results. But, that's one data point. And it's really easy to build up resistance, or take too much. I think the current folklore is that you need to absolutely fuck your shit up, so that the healing/recovering tissue grabs as much of the HGH/available nutrients as possible. And the Palumboism actually comes from you taking too much without working out/getting shot/cut open "hard enough". But we really don't know.
I mean, PED abuse doesn't have a ton of clinical data, and most people call it palumboism in the clinical scene, but if you are interested in some actual peer reviewed articles on what we think causes it I would love to share them. I microdosed it to recover from a compound ankle fracture from a brutal wall strike in Yosemite, and did a ton of research beforehand.
I think they should have called it Microsoft Phone. Most people had enough exposure to Windows at that point that it seemed like old tech. Widows Phone 8 was a superior interface to either Apple or Android though. I could make important apps tile (shortcut) bigger. The OS was fast on meager resources. I remember when they entered the PED market competing against the palm pilot. There OS was so clunky trying to emulate the windows desktop on a small screen. They got the OS right with Phone 8 but it was too late.

I’m well aware of the opportunity costs and education costs as well as what they make. $250k is pretty typical, with the anesthesiologist obviously making significantly more. The quote I disagreed with is “you overestimate what doctors make.” You’ve now moved the goalposts to what they make relative to the cost of education and time investment. If you want to change your claim to “you overestimated what doctors gross relative to the time invested in training and cost of education” that’s fine, but don’t pretend like that’s what you claimed initially. You said other guy was overestimating what they make, I disagreed, and now your defense of that position is to talk about the costs/time invested, which is unrelated to a claim about what they make.

I knew a kid when I was in 8th grade who was fully developed and had a full chest of hair. While it’s possible this kid is 12 years old, he’s essentially on PED’s AND has a physical size advantage. Guarantee he won’t have it so easy as he progresses up the ladder.

Depends. PED abuse will certainly wreck your insides, but you can use PEDs to sit somewhere safe lime 1200ng/dl of total T forever with no sides. Just have to monitor your BP and RBC numbers and you’re good to go.

Depends on PED on the exported goods. So for some countries like Spain that have a sizeable textile market it will benefit, with germany it’s more complicated, as a lot of their cars will sell regardless of smaller price differences some will sell much better, and others are long being sold from within the US, might be beneficial for airbus tho, because iirc airbus and boing are both expensive but saving 10% might determine the choice rather than the sales volume alone
$HUSA ($5\~6) is a good bet, $IMPP is cheapest, but float shares 140M with offerings and warrants exercise. but 😉$PED is cheaper $1.35 now with a good numbers such as EPS 300% up, Revenue doubled up, CEO buybacks shares, just 20M float. Still, All three oil companies will be great for this year.
Look into ITOX, Cliff Emmons is pretty smart and it's a penny stock. Also, PED is an energy company look into GT as well. My Hail Mary is NISN it is really under-rated. Most of these you are able to get a mass amount to start a portfolio. Also, don't invest anything you can't afford to lose. That's all the help I can offer and I hope it pans out for you. Good Luck!
$IMPP is a good bet because it is a ship-owning company, float size 141M decently low, price less than $1. $HUSA already popped to $6\~7 with low float 10M, nice parabolic move so far. $PED is not yet popped, low float 20M, price $1.35\~1.4, with doubled up revenue for two Quarter consecutively. All IMPP, HUSA, PED have its own merits. But for the entry to buy, PED seems better than the others.

PED on PEDs! Big oil/energy stock. Starting its uptrend but not even close to too late. Ton of inside buyer and barely any volume on this. At least a $7 stock. Owns 51,000 acres in DJ Permian basin. Other similar properties going for $20K-$30K an acre, giving this an estimate of $1B in property value. Revenue and production just skyrocketing every quarter and in a profit now.
