Pharmather PHRRF PHRM is one to keep an eye on. 505(b)(2) Pathway → They can leverage existing safety/efficacy data for ketamine, skipping years of trials. That’s a faster and cheaper road to approval. Partnership Discussions → They’re in advanced talks with specialty pharma partners. A definitive agreement is expected by Q4-2025, which means commercialization plans could be just around the corner. Focused Niche → Pain management + injectable delivery is a big addressable market, and PharmaTher’s platform is designed to fit right in. Asymmetric Upside → Current valuation is only ~$30M. If FDA momentum or a partnership deal lands, the upside versus downside is hard to ignore.

PharmaTher (PHRM/PHRRF) could see a similar setup to what we saw with DRUG’s run. Both are micro-cap biotechs with small floats, operating in niche but high-growth segments of the psychedelic/neurology space. DRUG’s surge was fueled by a clear regulatory catalyst, strong retail momentum, and limited selling pressure—factors that PharmaTher now shares with the recent KETARx™ approval and upcoming commercialization steps. If the market reacts the same way, PHRM could experience similar price momentum and breakouts.

Pharmather PHRRF PHRM … halted over the weekend, news incoming, potential Ketamine approval and path forward announcement. No dilution, large inside ownership, manufacturing and distribution agreement have been mentioned. Low float, shorts may be a bit locked in, no pre-market trading Monday. Check off a lot of my boxes. Could be the first approval in the sector. DRUG feelings here. Keeping a close eye on it.

Whats the story with PHRRF?
PHRRF is currently $0.16. "I am very pleased with the new FDA approval goal date of June 4, 2025 for our Ketamine druq. We are focused on solving the shortage issue of Ketamine and becoming the leading supplier of Ketamine to fill the demand gap in the U.S. market."
I held $PHRRF at the same prices over a year ago. They’ve continually pushed out the approval date, for who knows why. The piece has risen and fallen in a cyclical matter. Don’t know how the company is on cash at this point or what they’re even doing in the meantime…

The amount of shares OS on this pre-revenue company scares me, a lot. I used to be bullish, and it broke me. I sold for about a $5,000 loss. I would flip it into $PHRRF if you want a more near-term psychedelic play, not financial advice of course…
I’m hesitant to move out of $KULR but I’d like to have a sizable position in $PHRRF. With a global ketamine shortage, they could really blast off. They have no debt and enough cash to get them through the approval process (they say). The approval could always get delayed and that would cause it to drop - it may be worth tuning in right around April 29th to see what happens (they don’t release too much PR). It’s OTC so it has the potential to blow up even more if it’s up listed - higher risk, for sure, which is why I’m sticking with $KULR. I may sell some in my IRA and gamble on $PHRRF, just to say I was a part of it, we’ll see…
I wouldn’t chase, and would hold $VLD for the gold. There’s likely a lot of people who will be holding and we may be surprised how it all goes down… $PHRRF is worth a look in my opinion…
