POND MRDB is actually a great company at the forefront of database software. However valuation is over 600m and revenue is about 40+m . Good for a pump though hopefully.
crazy moves for our two new kids on the block CACO (previously PAFO) MRDB (previously POND)
POND/MRDB halted down. Still looks to be trading pretty thin. Spreads are very large.
PAFO POND both are spacs merging new Monday and usually rip
I could buy in mid 8s set a stop loss and sell order under NAV to protect from reversals. I would have lost money on POND if I missed it by a minute lol
>$POND salty you dumped before the moon sounds like to me.
Wow I hope nobody was chasing $POND. The dude here: [https://twitter.com/BKAT23/status/1603809802408411146](https://twitter.com/BKAT23/status/1603809802408411146) Straight up lied to you. It's so easy to fake an email like that. Conveniently doesn't show the email of the person sending him this information, only a name, along with a super short, easy, and unprofessional answer. Screams PnD to me. Tell me, why would a transfer agent give out non-public information that can EASILY and materially alter the share price of any given stock to some random who emails them? That's definitively inside trading. Look at the candles. This dude or his group straight DUMPED right at the peak. SMH...
POND reverse redemptions window closed 👀
POND ticker change appears to be Monday or at least next week. The target company is decent. Was funded by Alibaba and Intel at one point.
POND also takes forever, when ticker change lol?
Does POND still have nav protection? Seems like it went pretty low for one still nav secured
POND gang are we front loading too much? It will dump hard on ticker change
Zvsa makes no sense to me. It could do a forge and do multiple pumps. I think I got out with 70% gains which was nice. Ticker change day is risky and broker dependent. Low key accumulating POND. When is POND ticker change??
Alright boys... missed $LSPR by a MINUTE yesterday after it blew right past my buy order at $13. $POND has a similar setup going on (although float is bigger) so I got in at $11 premarket. Let's go!
And POND had 99 percent redeemed, about 250k or so left
POND and GACQ have almost no shares to borrow.
You might be on to something there. But if someone besides the public holds shares that are part of the public float... Will they sell? If not, then that could account for why it's trading thin. POND seems to trade pretty thin.
Anyone playing $POND? Seems like they were very straightforward with the public float after merger closing: "Following the closing of the Merger, a total of 25,632,715 shares in the Maximum Redemption Scenario, or 50,685,388 shares in the No Redemption Scenario, held by various non-affiliate holders will immediately be freely tradeable." Given this information, it doesn't seem like a low-float pump is possible.
Flipped my $POND from $9.08 -> $10.05 In other news I tried to get into $TINV a week before merger vote but it never dipped low enough for me to be comfortable picking it up. Let's be honest though, even if I held it I would have sold after it hit $15 and so would 90% of you.
I'm still making solid and reliable money on NAV floor removal bounces. Example today being $POND. Snagged a solid amount at $9.07 today.
So then if they aren't $POND shareholders how would they have any right to vote in the business combination? Only shareholders of $POND would be able to vote on a proxy for $POND no?
This is a letter to the MariaDB shareholders, not the POND shareholders. As to your question, Spac charters require redemption rights for all holders, regardless of if or how they vote - would be hard to sell the IPO otherwise. It's also better for the Spac for optionality to get shareholder approval and close even if a majority of shareholders redeem, otherwise the majority would instead vote no (in order to redeem) and the deal would be dead.
On CO2, and from Google : Carbon Capture Stocks For example, some other publicly traded carbon capture companies include: Pond Technologies Holdings ($POND) Advantage Energy ($AAV) Schlumberger ($SLB).
Correction: where my father came from, his entire village shared ONE TOILET BY A FUCKING POND.
To give an ugly counter-perspective: anyone who bought POND warrants before Jan 21 is still under water…
POND warrants up 25% on strong volume, for a deal which doesn't impress me at all & is likely overvalued, but at lest is not complete insanity. Just goes to show you, warrant pops are still a thing so long as your DA isnt eleventy-billion X your actual value.
