How do we feel about PRPH? The chart says it's time to enter, but on this one, I want to take fundamentals into account . . . and that's just not my forte.
I had a good year. Ended on a high note from playing PRPH perfectly when it ran up, and then ASBP today. Also just had my ESPP vest for work this week, sold a handful of shares to add to my port. I also set abnormally tight stop losses and exit earlier than others probably do. Keeps my port a little safer at the expense of often missing big gains.

If you bought the bottom of PRPH, would have made out pretty well. It’s too bad my average is .59
PRPH update seems to indicate recent dilution had a floor of .76? So 3.3 million converted at .76 would be around 4.35 million shares added. I’d like to know what the final balance sheets look like. Is that 500k remaining debt all of their short term debt? Or is something else lingering around the corner

It has been delisted from Nasdaq, just like $PRPH and $PTIX.
PRPH took a dive. Thought maybe they got delisted 😂. Not yet though
I can always count on you to call out PRPH each day lol. I hope you get the opportunity to dump those bags. Really hope that reverse merger works out for you because you could make a pretty penny off of it if the terms end up being what they released in the PR.

Interestingly PRPH hasn’t been delisted yet. Waiting for that shoe to drop… then I imagine I can kiss that investment goodbye

I have this weird gut feeling that today will be very interesting for PRPH but I have absolutely no evidence to back that up. The RS just felt really quiet.

RBNE oil/tanker gamble. Similar to PRPH where they did a much smaller reverse split than approved, and then spiked 100%+ with news. Recently announced share buyback programme, and with the Venezuela crisis could do a huge spike if announced with news (which I think they will due to the small split) Split happens tomorrow, and is holding up quite well for a stock thats about to go through one. Let’s see what happens…

RBNE loaded up heavy on this one this morning with the Venezuela situation, but they announced a surprise reverse split today. Its only 1 to 5 but they could have done up to 1 to 200. I have to ask myself why would they time it now like this with the geopolitical situation, and why would they do such a small one. Holding up very well so I think it comes with news (like PRPH), with the geopolitical situation, smaller float, fresh split and tanker news drop it could send it stratospheric tomorrow.
Sidi opening dip was really weak. Could be a big runner today. PRPH really dumping. You would think they have some news to drop today to pump above $1? Could be a good squeeze candidate

Congrats to anyone who held PRPH through the split, it’s doing well so far. Just observing for today, don’t feel like erasing all my gains from last week, plus it’s Christmas, so I won’t have time to obsessively look at the charts as usual

PRPH is a very big gamble today, if it goes up, it will likely rise a lot, if it goes down, it will likely really tank today, I’m waiting for opening to maybe recoup some of my losses last week.

If PRPH recovers it would be the most miraculous thing to happen in 2025. It's not heavily shorted, so you can't even count on a squeeze. They will close under $1 on Monday, and NASDAQ will issue a delisting notice, further tanking the stock. Their potential merger will fall through, because a major appeal of PRPH was as a shell company. Please, please, do not be left holding these bags. Exit exit exit. The momentum has totally shifted after the announcement and there is a very high probability they are weeks away from insolvency.
If PRPH ends today with less than 10 cents its going to be the most stupid gamble ever by the company
Man, I called out IPSC three days ago but didn't take a position because I was all in on PRPH. PRPH worked out as a short-term play, but I would have made more on IPSC over those three days. Bummer, IPSC has pretty solid fundamentals though. I'm a little cautious of this run but it could be in preparation for something really big.

The original PRPH hype was around the idea that a company would not be partaking in a 10:1 RS at 10 cents without something up there sleeve. Because under $1 would immediately leave it non compliant. They will aim to have a price as high as possible going into Monday so I don't doubt the CEO has something to add today during the conference. No point in this running to 20/30 and then dumping back to 10 because that would defeat the purpose of the pump leading into RS Monday. I'm bullish on today and will reassess later in the day 🔥😎

PRPH was my Christmas gift from the market, £200 in seconds!!! All my losses from this week erased!!
PRPH hasn't released any statements regarding this. Take a look at their recent investor presentation for all of the catalysts that could drop alongside this. I think there is more news than this, but just my opinion. I have been very clear every step of the way about the danger of holding through the RS. I mean shit, if they get delisted post RS due to minimum price, the reverse merger is off the table. I would like this to jump today so that I can trim some of my position, but I think I have decided I will hold through the RS as my high-risk play to close out 2025.
With the non-binding letter of intent between ABL SA and ProPhase labs, PRPH for a proposed reverse merger being the PRPH news released now, what is giving people the confidence to sit through the RS? People must be thinking it's still going to rocket? What's the logic on this one?
If the reverse-merger is a 1:1 share value for each company, this could see PRPH trading above $2 levels. This is accounting for the total number of shares that would be outstanding post RS (both ABLD and PRPH), which would be roughly 21mil.

If PRPH news doesn't come today, it could very well dip down closer to .10. If it doesn't come tomorrow, you're playing with fire hoping for news on the day of the split. Something tells me we'll get two news drops, one pre-split and one day of the split. They definitely will want something day of to reduce selling pressure unless they drop news this week that is big enough to carry through next week. Playing this as a 3-5x upside, 20% downside if I exit pre-split, huge downside if I hold through the split. If (big if) they successfully financed the entirety of their projected incoming collections, it carries a 10x upside from their current market cap.
PRPH is my play. If you want my assessment, check out my comment from yesterday in the Lounge. If you scroll through the comments from today and yesterday, all of the top 1% commenters here are in on it. It's a gamble for sure but could see a major upside.

Gambling ON PRPH today.
Excited for PRPH for what can only be described as the gamble of 2025. A 1:10 reverse split would get them just above a dollar and they would be in the same situation again in a month (even less) They could have done a much bigger split (approved by shareholders) but chose not to. There MUST be news coming with this, unless the board are absolute morons.

PRPH for tomorrow. Price is low right now. I think the downside is low (unlikely to drop below .10 before the RS). I'm convinced that they are going to announce something this week to drive the price up before the RS, otherwise they would be too close to $1 again. If you're feeling really bullish, hold through the RS, they could try to time it like PCSA and announce the morning the split takes effect. I don't anticipate doing this, but we'll see how the week pans out. I think they will announce something this week (tomorrow AM or Friday), which will drive a 2 - 3x increase. I also have a feeling they will announce something on the morning of the RS also to reduce selling pressure. They have multiple things in the works that could drive immediate shareholder value. This is not me implying you should bet on this company long term, and if you get in, set your PT and stop loss accordingly. I think it's good for a very large gain over the next few days. NFA
