Volume picked up on PRPH (still in the 10s of thousands lol). Could be just activity based on the re-hashed Feb 3 presentation posted as a SEC filing on Friday. But it’s keeping my portfolio from being red today, so I’ll take it 🙈

PRPH in advanced settlement with ~50 insurance companies. 30-90 day estimation. Doubt it’ll move much until we start seeing how much is received. Here’s to hoping there isn’t too much dilution until then, probably wishful thinking 😂

How do we feel about PRPH? The chart says it's time to enter, but on this one, I want to take fundamentals into account . . . and that's just not my forte.
I had a good year. Ended on a high note from playing PRPH perfectly when it ran up, and then ASBP today. Also just had my ESPP vest for work this week, sold a handful of shares to add to my port. I also set abnormally tight stop losses and exit earlier than others probably do. Keeps my port a little safer at the expense of often missing big gains.

If you bought the bottom of PRPH, would have made out pretty well. It’s too bad my average is .59
PRPH update seems to indicate recent dilution had a floor of .76? So 3.3 million converted at .76 would be around 4.35 million shares added. I’d like to know what the final balance sheets look like. Is that 500k remaining debt all of their short term debt? Or is something else lingering around the corner

I can always count on you to call out PRPH each day lol. I hope you get the opportunity to dump those bags. Really hope that reverse merger works out for you because you could make a pretty penny off of it if the terms end up being what they released in the PR.

I have this weird gut feeling that today will be very interesting for PRPH but I have absolutely no evidence to back that up. The RS just felt really quiet.

RBNE oil/tanker gamble. Similar to PRPH where they did a much smaller reverse split than approved, and then spiked 100%+ with news. Recently announced share buyback programme, and with the Venezuela crisis could do a huge spike if announced with news (which I think they will due to the small split) Split happens tomorrow, and is holding up quite well for a stock thats about to go through one. Let’s see what happens…

RBNE loaded up heavy on this one this morning with the Venezuela situation, but they announced a surprise reverse split today. Its only 1 to 5 but they could have done up to 1 to 200. I have to ask myself why would they time it now like this with the geopolitical situation, and why would they do such a small one. Holding up very well so I think it comes with news (like PRPH), with the geopolitical situation, smaller float, fresh split and tanker news drop it could send it stratospheric tomorrow.
Sidi opening dip was really weak. Could be a big runner today. PRPH really dumping. You would think they have some news to drop today to pump above $1? Could be a good squeeze candidate

Congrats to anyone who held PRPH through the split, it’s doing well so far. Just observing for today, don’t feel like erasing all my gains from last week, plus it’s Christmas, so I won’t have time to obsessively look at the charts as usual

PRPH is a very big gamble today, if it goes up, it will likely rise a lot, if it goes down, it will likely really tank today, I’m waiting for opening to maybe recoup some of my losses last week.

If PRPH recovers it would be the most miraculous thing to happen in 2025. It's not heavily shorted, so you can't even count on a squeeze. They will close under $1 on Monday, and NASDAQ will issue a delisting notice, further tanking the stock. Their potential merger will fall through, because a major appeal of PRPH was as a shell company. Please, please, do not be left holding these bags. Exit exit exit. The momentum has totally shifted after the announcement and there is a very high probability they are weeks away from insolvency.
If PRPH ends today with less than 10 cents its going to be the most stupid gamble ever by the company
Man, I called out IPSC three days ago but didn't take a position because I was all in on PRPH. PRPH worked out as a short-term play, but I would have made more on IPSC over those three days. Bummer, IPSC has pretty solid fundamentals though. I'm a little cautious of this run but it could be in preparation for something really big.

The original PRPH hype was around the idea that a company would not be partaking in a 10:1 RS at 10 cents without something up there sleeve. Because under $1 would immediately leave it non compliant. They will aim to have a price as high as possible going into Monday so I don't doubt the CEO has something to add today during the conference. No point in this running to 20/30 and then dumping back to 10 because that would defeat the purpose of the pump leading into RS Monday. I'm bullish on today and will reassess later in the day 🔥😎
