How is the acquisition of PRSO going? They don't seem overly interested in selling. I'm invested in MOBX, but lately they seem to be scrambling to get traction pretty much anywhere. I'm starting to loss a little faith as of late.
Market + lawsuit. They're finances accounted for the millions of dollars that investors just found out they weren't paid. Two possible catalysts upcoming: their acquisition with PRSO and the results of the lawsuit. If both of those materialize MOBX will skyrocket. But that's an "if" not a "when" with no concrete dates at this time.
Acquisition talks atm with PRSO. It might materialize, it might not. No time frame as of yet.

In reference to the $100 mill fund MOBX has for acquisitions: PRSO market cap is only $8.1 million. Even if MOBX pays well above current share price the PRSO acquisition will only use a small portion of the $100 million they have allocated for acquisitions. Another acquisition or two are very likely.

I thought about buying PRSO but not when they have been going on a run. PRSO went up high last few weeks but slowly coming down. Getting both is not a bad idea. I would get more of MOBX if it went down further into $0.75 or so but it's staying around the mid $0.80's

Interesting news, seems like they're getting themselves ready for the PRSO acquisition. Whether it's good or bad news is going to depend on if they can close the acquisition or not.

It's possible it could happen any day, but PRSO look like they want to dig in their heels for as long as possible. It's unlikely they can drag things out past November though.
I think people are realising that the PRSO acquisition might not be happening immediately so they're moving on to other short-term plays. I don't think PRSO will be able to drag things on past November though so I'm still bullish in the medium term.

It's up about 20% since Thursday's PR, it's just a slow and steady mover, and the acquisition has yet to be finalised. Once they reach an agreement with PRSO things will get interesting.

Because PRSO products would add a synergetic effect to MOBX overall lineup. Lets say you are a solar company (MOBX) and PRSO is an energy storage company. By combining both businesses , you can sell the solar panels and also add sell the energy storage. The best part is... after the merger... MOBX can offer both and also installation service/optimization. Peraso board is not eager of the acquisition because they RS last year - and now only have 6m in shares outstanding. They were expecting a better stock performance .... as when the RS occured... it was trading at like 6 dollars per share I believe. So they lost lots of money.... and now they can't save face with this offer. However the stockholders - especially the long time ones - might be tired of PRSO stock poor performance and try their luck under MOBX.

oh still not financial advice but take a look at $MAIA also. Someone here turned me onto it and it was very small and overlooked, I've already done well with it. $PRSO is at good entry point imo, $MAIA you may want to wait for a dip since it is already up but take a look yourself

$PRSO finally is breaking out on high volume. Maybe tax loss selling is finally over for that stock.
Same thinking of jumping in PRSO tomorrow, they secured a 165 million dollar contract, and have quite a bit going for them.
In my experience, it it difficult to say when a stock starts to rebound. I am familiar with PRSO and why it sold off recently. The company surprised shareholders by repricing warrants UNDER the market price at the time. But the capital has been raised and the stock is moving up from its recent lows. So the tax loss selling may largely be done.
In keeping with pennystocks and not chasing runners ($OPTT, $KULR and my callout, $PRZO)… I’m looking at $BURU, $PRSO, $LODE and $ONDS. And I can’t believe $HYSR has a market cap of $105.2M, but I suppose that’s because they have a whopping 5.206B float. If $OPTT can harness ocean waves to power their PB3 PowerBuoy product, it would be an amazing investment opportunity if $HYSR would actually create energy using only sun and water. But the only viable chance this company has is to do an aggressive share buyback to get that float under 1B, then issue a 1:100 or even a 1:250 RS to get the float down under 100M.
I’ve had $PRSO on my watchlist. Interesting tech and I like they are creating revenue in the African market for their wireless tech. A lot of semiconductor and technology companies had less than stellar years compared to prior years, but that doesn’t mean the tech isn’t needed, contacts will continue to get signed, and there will be future revenue.
I am looking for weak stocks that have gotten weaker recently from tax loss selling. As investors sell their losing stocks to take the tax loss to shelter their substantial capital gains (most probable in this strong market). Oftentimes, these weak stocks get OVERSOLD between now and the end of the year. Buying some of these stocks for a January pop up can be very profitable. You need to do the due diligence and watch for news that may put in a bottom BEFORE the end of the year, so you are ready to react quickly. Stocks currently on my Target List: PRSO, INBS, OLB, PRPH, SKYX

$PRSO has an ugly chart. I would stay away from that one unless you can make quick trade decisions. There probably is a short squeeze possible..but still a gamble for the possibility of a 20% or so pop. JMO
