Generally speaking, I get out of warrants if the stock has been $18+ for 20 days post merger. Most SPACs have a redemption clause that they can call them if they are $18+ for 20 of the last 30 trading days. A lot do, and once they do, you've got 30 days to sell or exercise. TBH I'm surprised RGTI hasn't. Once this trigger has been met, the time premium on the warrants shrinks to basically nothing. RGTI is trading at $36.74 RGTIW is trading at $25.24 as of the time of this writing. RGTIW expires 3/3/27. If an $11.50 LEAP existed for RGTI, it would have way more time premium priced in. The warrants are a few pennies cheaper, but that's because exercising them sometimes has costs. Some SPACs have clauses to cashless exercise warrants below $18 at their discretion. It's rare when this happens, but is generally advantageous to the warrant holder, as there is usually a table based on share price and time remaining. I don't have one in front of me, but if the stock is trading at $14, and you have 48 months remaining, you're going to get significantly more than the $2.50 difference between the stock price and warrant strike, since their terms typically involve a black scholes calculation for FMV.
RGTIW (bought $7.80, exercise 2027, up 264%) and ARQWW (bought $1.30, forgot when expires, down 10%). Worst case expire worthless. Plenty of time to let it play out. Also bought actual stock, small positions in above plus IONQ, QUBT, regret not balancing with QBIT but pick your poison. My thesis is as q-viabilty approaches, security protocols we have now must die. Q will be used not for compute but for new security and other ancillary boosters to AI compute. So not limitless, but not nothing.
I am in some Rigeti as well RGTI, have you also seen RGTIW? I have some in there as well.

about 6 weeks ago I accidentally bought a ton of their warrants, RGTIW, in my wife's account and then added some to mine since they were going up so much. Ive taken gains three times already and still have LOTS of the warrants that I bought for less than a Quarter. left.... Any advice on exercising the warrants vs. best time to sell them? Does the warrant price ever exceed the actual stock price?

I’m doing those Dumb Money trades today! Yolo! I checked the charts and I’m thinking I’m a technical analysis wizard here. I noticed Solar is increasing through the sectors, and I bought SEDG. I’m bag holding my ARRY. I bought some ICU, RGTIW, UMAC, HTLM, API, and RR. In short, the trends for UMAC, RGTIW, and HTLM appear to be increasing. RR shows it’s at the beginning of its uptrend. I believe there is new information or news coming with RR and API. API is not even a stock I would normally recommend, but the charts show something. I tried to search it up and found YouTube channels that have yet to post the news. One says Dec 5. Possibly news coming… also, I may dip my toes in KC
Yep, RGTIW & IONQ are both very likely two of the best long plays out there right now. Rigetti is still a penny stock, there's only one direction it could go.

Anyone thinks $qbts is a good risk after the $ionq run? Earnings this AM, tiny float, and warrants @ 62c for 1.45 commons. I picked up a ton of warrants today. It seems mis-priced because of the adjustment. If RGTIW is worth 77c with RGTI at $5.27, then 62c implies less than $4 for each $qbts common which is too low imo. [This](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001907982/000087666122000611/QBTS080522.pdf) has to mean you get 1.45 $qbts for $11.5 with a warrant, right? lol
