Again, juuuust for fun :) …dug through **FCRS & FCRS/WS** and **RTAC/RTACW** teams, networks + stated target areas. No rumors/talks implied whatsoever — just 20 names that seem interesting to speculate on. **FCRS:** Mythical Games — Web3 gaming / Galaxy ties Chainalysis — Crypto intel / Ginns connection Last Energy — Nuclear + AI power Beast Industries — MrBeast / creator-tech Fireblocks — Institutional crypto rails Republic — Private markets/tokenization Skild AI — Robotics / physical AI Commonwealth Fusion — Fusion + AI power Forte — Blockchain gaming infra Peridio — Physical-AI infrastructure **RTAC:** Poolside AI — Enterprise coding AI Shield AI — Autonomous defense AI Fireblocks — Crypto infrastructure Saronic — Autonomous defense/naval Chainalysis — Blockchain intelligence SandboxAQ — AI + quantum/security Hadrian — AI defense manufacturing Figure AI — Humanoid robotics Groq — AI inference/chips Kraken — Crypto exchange Which names are we missing?
When I first invested in RTAC and FCRS, I had to walk backwards to work two miles in the snow. Now….I still have to but I’ve noticed everyone else has these nifty gas horses to whip on by me. They must’ve invested in some of those semiconducive thingamajigs.
meanwhile RTAC and FCRS are the SPAC versions of the "It's Been 84 Years" meme
Been digging into **$RTAC / $RTACW** again. Poolside AI is an interesting *spec* possibility. RTAC CEO Eric Swider also runs **Rubidex**, focused on secure distributed intelligence/AI. Then RTAC added **Lauren Selig** to the board in July — their SEC filing specifically notes she’s an **advisor to Poolside AI**. Interesting connection, but Poolside’s reported \~$12B valuation is well above RTAC’s stated $500M–$5B target range. **No evidence Poolside is the target.** Just connecting public dots. Meaningful breadcrumb or network overlap? And if RTAC somehow landed a Poolside-caliber AI name, how do you think commons/warrants react?
$NTWO announced FORT Robotics. Another notable robotics / physical AI SPAC deal. $CCXI / Agility Robotics was another recent example. Interesting that Tom Lee’s spac, $FCRS / $FCRS.WS specifically lists **robotics + AI** among its target areas. $RTAC / $RTACW is less direct, but its team has prior exposure to evaluating robotics opportunities. Interesting trend to watch. No suggestion either SPAC is pursuing a robotics target; purely speculative.
Yeah gonna see at least a few more robotics targets. Please RTAC etc, this is free money.
Another day where the crew at RTAC and FCRS head into ‘work’, throw up their legs on their desks, and watch the latest season of Reacher while in between games of pickleball.
Goodness, gracious, sakes alive! RTAC and FCRS can you finally announce a DA with a dairy farm in Idaho so that I can take my 2% loss and move on.
