I have 150 $10 January puts on NNE because the float is very small right now and the IPO lock-up expires on November 4th. I suspect that the entire company is a scam and was taken public to fleece the public. Once insider can sell, the stock will tank and never recover. There's also a small chance that it is even more nefarious than I suspect and will go the way of RYDE.
I bought shares of RYDE yesterday at 1.30 dollars per share, dropped in premarket to 0.65
Now that the SPAC scheme died the new scheme are Singaporean IPO pump and dumps. Look at $RYDE and $JBDI etc

Search RYDE in the reddit search while you are on this subreddit. It will pop up. It was a pump and dump and you unfortunately got left holding the bag.

Yeah you could call it a YOLO. I was betting on “RYDE” due to its sudden rise, thought it would keep going on for some more time. I had a chance to cash out on 20% gains but I did not. Feel like an idiot now. Especially since the trade was based on a tip I got from someone (instead of researching on this myself)

You must have to look at it as if someone like MineETH for example who posted 2 traps and disappeared from the earth post a 2 story DD with old misinformation and then 25 people comment on it saying I’m in , moon emoji paper hand, that you will be their exit liquidity. Look at RYDE , was a telegram group pumping promising it would go from $4 to $40 , it went to $20 they said keep buying keep buying. .84 today lmfao. You really have to do your own research before anything .

I'm not familiar at all with the bullish cases for these companies. Just looking at their balance sheets, here's what I see: JBDI: too much debt. It's a bad cash to debt ratio and a shockingly bad total liabilities to total equities ratio for a newly IPOed company. PGHL: way, way too much debt. On the plus side, their retained earnings look good. RYDE: Negative equity and negative retained earnings. I don't know much about the thesis for growth on these, and I'm not tuned in enough to do TA and sentiment analysis, but from a value and company health perspective, these are all gambles rather than investments.
I need advice on some IPOs. I know they are risky but my biggest gains have always been on IPOs. The problem is the scams and knowing which ones are scams and how to ride the wave properly before it dips.JBDI Holdings Limited (JBDI) 2. Primega Group (PGHL) and 3. Ryde Group (RYDE). My gut instinct tells me I can make some massive profit with these stocks. What do you think?

Just curious if you’ve looked into how they plan to compete against established players like Grab and GoJek.
