I have a few lower market cap bio techs. I didn't go crazy in them, a couple thousand dollars here and there. I was invested in Spruce Biosciences (SPRB) a few years ago. I had 1000 shares at roughly $1.50/share. I got out when it was like $3/share, basically doubling my investment. Well, the company got approval on a drug trial back in October of this year and it shot up to over $175/share. It is settling down and today it trades at $78/share. I say all that to say I keep a little invested just in case, but I also prepare myself to lose the money way before hitting that buy button. They are definitely volatile AF, so be ready for heartburn.

I entered with a similar strategy, I think many people likely selling gains prior to the announcement. Beyond the treatment for this specific form of cancer and the multiple FDA special designations, the tech that they are developing can be further generalized. I don't think that this will spike like SPRB but I do think that once people have understood the implications of their work it will rise significantly throughout the day.

Not all medication have the same indication, requires long term use and have the same market. And I didn’t even said RVPH is same with SPRB. What I said is they will have the more or less the same outcome. To put emphasis, considering the market with RVPH, then they will have better stock outcome when they get FDA approval.

If SPRB went to the moon from $8 to $120 after FDA approval. RVPH will do the same. Mental illness requires medication long term. RVPH’s main medication is not only safe, it has great efficacy and high compliance.

It's normal, I've seen this happen with $SPRB, it was constantly getting halted between 30$ to 50$. Crashing or running, in the end of the day it reached $150 and the next day $220. Don't fear the halts, just buy the dip.

I have .51 average 76,982 shares, I believe in this stock and the future of there drug. People need to hold as the NDA is just right around the corner! People don’t understand how monumental their drug is in terms of efficacy and most importantly safety. They have passed 6 month safety study plus 1 year trial that showed efficacy in treating symptoms, not only that but it showed to treat negative cognitive symptoms of schizophrenia which no other drug of its class has shown promise in. No matter what happens not only am I holding this but slowly accumulating it at a discount of 0.70. SPRB which jumped from 8usd to 150usd with the same market cap as RVPH don’t even have a FDA approved drug in there catalog nor a drug that passed phase 3, yet they have a high market price and share price. Once RVPH submits NDA this is a game changer and not many people understand this. They just want some quick profit but lose out on a massive sum they will receive.

RVPH could soar 1000% just like SPRB in Q2-Q3 2026 if they get FDA approval for their drug which is nearing the end for phase 3. This is a long-term hold for me and I either become a millionaire or work at Wendy’s.
SPRB rocketed because their drug got designated as 'breakthrough' medication, which forces the government to assist in development. They have a speculative product that the government agrees is likely to work. They are the only company currently doing trials for the disease their drug targets. SBLX has a product that has been on the market for years already, has hundreds of competitors, they dont stand out in the market and they are losing money faster than setting it on fire. Praying is not an investment strategy I would recommend.

The reason is because dirt cheap =/= bad future company. Just look at RCYEY or SPRB or AMD or PLTR or OPEN. The price of a stock might be low because the company is currently in the development phase where lots of cash is being burned. But they might come out with a product that shakes up the market and when they do? Rocket time. You just can never really know 100% of the time. And unfortunately in this case this person didn't do any research.
