It seems every low float Chinese stock has run hard except $SUGP. it does not have any active dilution, which is huge. Market Cap under $5million, short of float is now approaching 45%, which is actually accurate since there is no dilution. Only 4.46million share, many of which are locked up. CTB is over 200%, did 40mil in volume on Friday, and barely did 1mil today. The stock has been up 4 of the last 5days so shorts will be looking to exit and avoid that CTB, especially if they are getting margin called. Let me know if I am missing something, but it seems like it could easily double or triple with just a little extra volume. Do your own DD. GLTA

Nice finds. SNBR is textbook desperation bounce territory. When a stock gets hammered that hard and sits near penny levels, any short covering or dead cat bounce creates massive percentage moves on tiny volume. The fundamentals are still trash but these can run purely on technicals. SUGP is the more interesting play to me. Low float names with actual contract news tend to have more sustainable momentum than pure technical bounces. The Hong Kong angle probably adds some geographic diversification appeal for certain funds too. I run a watchlist generator every morning that catches exactly these setups before the open. It scores gaps based on technical quality and flags the catalyst type so you can separate real news from pure momentum plays. Way better than just looking at raw percentage movers since those lists are full of junk. (let me know if you'd like to get that watchlist emailed to you every morning)

$SUGP appears to be wanting to revert to the previous close price ever so slowly; I feel like the algos can/will walk it down.
I want $SUGP to be a good trade but it's hella glitchy right now, stopped me out but I got back my losses & then some. $SUGP Short Squeeze Potential Is this a good short squeeze play? It has high potential but is also extremely high risk. The Pros: The Short Borrow Fee Rate has been astronomical (over 545%), meaning it is very expensive for shorts to hold their positions. Combined with a 33% short interest and a tiny float, a "liquidity trap" is very possible. The Cons: Because the float is so small, shorts can cover very quickly if volume stays high. A true squeeze requires "trapped" shorts; here, they can often slip out the door in a single afternoon of high-volume trading.
