TRNR: RS happens tomorrow. Will be a small float, reducing the # of shares from 14,000,000 to 1.4. Shorts often like to attack post RS. Could be a very interesting few days. TRNR: Painful for some the last hour and a half. I will say buying in between .35-.37 is a steal. Just be willing to hold more than a day if need be if the shorts keep attacking. Although, their borrow rate is steep!
How Shorting Stocks Work Part 1 Goal: Push stocks down When: they anticipate that a stock is going to drop. Could be for several reasons; recent spike, bad news, stock overvalued, etc. They then attack. How: Shorts borrow shares and sell them at the current price. They then buy them back at a lower price and return them to lender. The shorts profit is the difference in price. If they buy at 2 and sell at 1, their profit is 1 per share. They are good at what they do and know they can force retail to panic sell. That is what happened to TRNR today and it happens every day in the market. The only way to beat them is to hold and either don't have stop losses or set them low. It's also another reason why it is so important to buy a stock at a low entry.

TRNR To retail investors regarding TRNR and stocks in general. When a stock dumps like TRNR the last hour, the only one's to blame are retail investors. This is caused when retail investors panic sell or have their stop losses triggered. The shorts know this and target it. The only way to beat shorts is to hold strong and wait them out, and buy on dip if you want. That is all that is happening with TRNR...shorts pushed it back down, and then TRNR tanked onced retailed started to panic sell. The dip has nothing to do with any negative about the stock. I have seen nothing negative regarding news today. Just the shorts forcing retail to sell. If you don't know how shorting stocks work, you may want to learn. It will help you make money.
I will preface this by saying I feel fortuante to have only lost $50 in TRNR. There has to be something criminal goibg on with this stock. The news today was positive and with over 300 million shares traded today, it should not be doing what it is. JMHO

TRNR: Sold all my shares at .72 and bought back at .52. Holding them at least into next week, most likely at least some longer. Down 75% in the past 3 months and really good news today, plenty of room to run. The news brings instant huge revenue once transaction completed...as forward guidance states TRNR will increase 2026 revenue by 50% to 30 million.
