The US Dollar has been on a roller coaster ride since the 1970s. The highest USD Index we've ever seen was in 1985 when it was a staggering 164, and hasn't been close since. 2001 saw a high mark of 119. Today it's around 97. I wouldn't bet against a US Dollar rebound of some form in the near future that blows past recent highs of 115. I wouldn't put too much stock in current sentiments. Treasuries trade in the market, like stocks, so there is no way to know exactly what it will be at any given time. The 10yr price depends on demand and what is going on in the economy. As price goes down, the yield goes up. If you look at the charts for price, you can see it closed at $0.93 today, but there are multiple times in the last few years where it has been over $105.
