Stanford isn't relocating anytime ever so this place is likely to be worth MORE than $4M (but still nowhere near $250M :).

Not inflated at all! This is by the road property meaning you can build a store right there or a gas station. There is foot traffic,bike,car. It's a unique commercial property this land has been inspected for water & there is water under the earth via nearby wells which are untapped. This land sits exactly on the middle of the equator with a stunning view. There is literally a valley that overcast the land. Which can be an extremely valueble asset for growing any type of crop. It's commercial property at 1 ACRE with its own entrance to said land ???. The price is more than fair. You can build a store/restuarant/chicken farm and immediately have residual income. If i was to split the acre into diffrent buyers we could make a sort of middle of the road entrance like a cul-de-sac.
ANSAcheck does not need to be done by Blockchain and Blockchain has no advantage over a centralized database managed by ANSA. Blockchain there is nothing more than a buzzword gimmick. Birra Pero it's supply chain is similar. A centralized append only database would function just as well and would be more efficient. ACRE Africa is the best one you listed. I'm unsure how it verified the validity of claims without a centralized authority though. Unless it just sends money due to web data from weather.com for local weather. Alaia's equity market is the dumbest. I'm not sure what advantage making stocks NFTs has in the slightest beyond making your shares subject to an unregulated exchange that allows wash trading.

Not sure about the specific companies OP mentioned but it's not true that "every company" drops Blockchain without implementing it. There are use cases in production currently. ACRE NFT holders earn points over time just by holding the NFT, the rate at which they earn is determined by what tier their NFTs are in as well as through staking. So after this first project launch, as an NFT holder you can stake your NFT, earn the native ACRE Token, earn more ACRE XP, and still be able to go to the resort.
This isn't like that at all. For example, if you get an ACRE NFT you will earn points in the form of ACRE XP which can be used in exchange for stays at the resort, restaurant discounts, yacht charters, table INCLUDING drinks at a nightclub, and more. You don't have to spend anymore money once you've gotten the NFT if you don't want to and you will still be able to reap all these real-world benefits and rewards. I hope this clarifies things.

In a way, yes! Timeshares are shared ownership of real estate, including vacation resorts, with each investor getting allowed time to stay on the resort annually. ACRE NFTs differ in that they do this and more. The way to look at it is that the NFT acts as a passport to ACRE World which is an ecosystem that includes an asset-backed NFT marketplace, launchpad, and lending platform.
