[Context]: Since October 2024, the entire UK immigration system has changed - residents no longer use BRP cards, everything is done through the online Share Code system. This applies to ALL IMMIGRANTS in the UK, NOT JUST ME. Yet Kraken’s verification system still hasn’t been updated to reflect this. Which means that if you’re a UK resident immigrant, you literally cannot pass verification automatically. Instead, you get stuck in the never-ending loop of “open a support ticket → wait half a day → get a completely irrelevant reply → repeat.” [Now my specific case]: I submitted all documents they asked for. Instead of fixing the issue, support bounced me back and forth with completely stupid suggestions like: “Can you upload your residence card?” — which literally doesn’t exist anymore. Every reply from support takes 8–12 hours, and when they finally respond, it’s with something totally ignorant. Then I wait another 8 hours, only to be told something useless again. This loop went on until finally, they just closed my account without any explanation whatsoever.
