Well the Nigerian Uber competitor runs on Celo. bloXmove is live on PEAQ, BSC, ETH, EWC and working with r3/Corda as well. They are doing a lot in many different industries, but with this post I wanted to highlight their work in Nigeria specifically.
I like Energy Web. They use blockchain to connect the entire energy grid to track renewables and be able to make things like mining carbon free by being able to prove that you're using renewable energy. But that's just a small example of the use case of EWC. I Recommend people looking into it, it's very interesting (and might play an important role soon with all the environment concerns going on.
