I have friends that bought early on but I just couldn’t wrap my head around the whole technical/economic marriage concept. It wasn’t until early 2021 when Fox Business News started regular daily coverage in the space. FBN peaked my interest and I started research and asking friends questions. I bought my first crypto on Apr 2021.
This was not "a stance by the SEC".. official or otherwise... it was just mentioned by a lawyer hired by the SEC during a hearing... and FBN wants ratings. True the SEC hasn't given clarity yet. But this is FUD for profit.
This is just FBN trying to gin up a story... taking an irrelevant comment out of context and posing it as a declarative SEC position. It's complete BS. Nothing to see here. I have a family member who works with these people at FBN and can't stand them. They are just sluts for ratings.
