Not in your example, no. But Zirrat Bank would only be able to send $100 to its own customers without doing some kind of transfer to another bank to send affected peoples the $100 who don’t bank with Zirrat. Like I said, it’s hard to compare: Binance is a global company but they are still only airdropping to Binance users, so it’s almost the same effort as Binance vs Zirrat, however the scale matters in that a global company would find it more difficult to send FIST funds to users in a specific geographic area without possibly having to go through multiple banks.
