my buddy recently made like 100x his life savings on some random coin that he farmed on his phone apparently (i know it sounds a bit like a scam). he did this for like 4-5 years and it just went parabolic I guess. long story short it was a good idea and apparently didn't take much effort. i recently saw someone mention this other coin called NODL - ***this isn't the coin my friend got rich as hell off of either, this is a totally separate coin*** \- and I've recently started enjoying running a node for NODL on my phone and getting free tokens sent to me. It's a substrate-based/Polkadot ecosystem parachain so by no means is it a scam - I'm pretty stoked on it. it's doing well price wise actually and you just turn bluetooth on connect to network and that's it. it's nothing insane and it could go to $0 but I still have fun w it and it's nice to use and interact with in a real world sense lol.

Went down a rabbit hole. I have an old iPad, and was wondering if it’s possible to mine crypto with it. I reset it to factory settings. Found some apps, one of them called Nodle. Apparently it pays you in NODL coin, which according to my research is on Polkadot. Has anyone heard of NODL before? It’s not listed on CDC or Kraken, but I found it on CMC. About $6M market cap and 2.7B circulating supply. But here’s the thing. You earn this token by allowing the app to track and “node” with nearby Bluetooth devices. Once you earn this token, what the hell do you do with it? If it’s not listed on exchanges, do you just sit on it until you can send it somewhere? Ugh. I just figured out how to bridge Moons to CDC. Now another challenge, should I choose to accept it. Unless this is some data collecting scam “token”. What do you think?
Pi Network feel like full of promise but no execution I discovered NODL its a project where you can even if dont invest although slowly but surely DYOR.

There’s also Nodle. it’s an app that incentivizes smartphone owners to run a connectivity infrastructure by connecting to bluetooth networks within your vicinity. they have their own token called NODL.
Have you heard of Nodle(NODL)? It's a decentralized network made up of mobile phones. By downloading their app called nodle cash you can earn rewards. I would recommend checking out their socials for more info. They also did a gift drop for Chinese new year which was nice.
Well, that's what discussion flare should be about. And what's NODL? Have you used this app? Worth it?
Just the cost of a computer with maybe 1 TB of free hard drive space. Or you could construct an Umbrel or Raspiblitz or myNode on a Raspberry Pi. Or you can buy a prebuilt plug-and-play full node, like NODL or RoninDojo.
As long as there's a NODL/RAMEN trading pair I'm in!
Thoughts on Nodle Cash? They pay out NODL to users who allow access to Bluetooth on their smartphone to enhance communication for nearby Bluetooth devices (IoT). Until recently, NODL wasn't on any exchange, so no one really knew it's value. Yesterday, NODL was listed on several exchanges, including Kraken. Will be interesting to see if my "mining" will gain me enough to buy a cup of coffee, or of it'll stay as worthless as it was before it got listed...
