Today Nasdaq approved Pyth as an official distributor of Nasdaq Basic, its real-time quote and trade feed for US equities. For this sub the interesting part is what it does for the products people actually trade & for a revenue line that's been compounding monthly. So let's dive in. What Pyth is, in money terms Pyth is a market data platform. Customers pay for prices they use to list products, settle markets and run trading systems, & one subscription covers equities, commodities, FX, crypto and rates. The data is first-party: Jane Street, Virtu, Cboe, DRW, Hudson River Trading & Jump publish their own prices instead of a vendor relaying someone else's. It started inside Jump Trading in 2021 and the team spun out as Douro Labs. Pyth Pro, the paid institutional feed, launched September 2025. Annualized recurring revenue went from about $1M in late 2025 to $7.49M in July to $10.4M in August, up 39% month over month. New ARR, which is the subscription revenue added in a given month, went from $1.7M in July to $2.9M in August, so the pace of signings is accelerating and the base is compounding at the same time. Pyth Indices, the products that keep pricing when the cash market is shut, sit at $1.59M ARR on their own with 45 live & 14 more coming. The catalog is 3,500+ feeds including 1,024 US equity feeds, and Kraken, Coinbase, Binance, Kalshi & Polymarket are among the named customers. Part of that revenue buys PYTH through the Reserve. Those feeds aggregate third-party sources, including consolidated tape, pre & post-market venues, overnight venues and ICE's consolidated feed, into one Chainlink-signed price. That's been the default for the whole category. However, Pyth may be trailblazing a better solution. The category has never had is the exchange's own product under the exchange's own license. So what is Nasdaq Basic? Nasdaq Basic is the best bid and offer plus last trade for every US exchange-listed stock (NYSE names included), along with the Nasdaq Official Opening & Closing Prices that most of the industry marks positions to. For well over a decade it's been the real-time product under brokerages, banks, fintechs and consumer investing apps. Nasdaq sells it through about sixteen approved distributors, & they're the names whose terminals sit on every trading desk in the country: Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Morningstar, etc. As of today Pyth is on that list, and it's the only crypto-native name on it. Apps license with Nasdaq & pull the feed through the Pyth Data Marketplace, with Nasdaq keeping attribution and commercial control. It's the same product under the same license, delivered with onchain finance capabilities. What this means if you trade the products Stock perps get a mark price from the exchange's own book. If you're long a US equity perp on a DEX, your mark, your funding and your liquidation line can now key off Nasdaq's best bid and offer, with size, instead of an aggregator's estimate of it. Every vendor & every aggregation step is a place where a bad print or a stale tick can put the wrong number onchain and liquidate you on a price that never traded, and this path has fewer of them. That's one way it has an edge over Chainlink's model. Prediction markets get a verifiable close. A market on whether a stock finishes above a level on a given day can now resolve on the Nasdaq Official Closing Price, the same auction print the rest of the industry marks to. We won't have the resolution controversies at the margins anymore, because the market can call Nasdaq's official price, sourced onchain through Pyth. Kalshi and Polymarket are both already Pyth customers, so this is the settlement layer the venues you trade on are plugged into. IPO-day markets get a real number from the first print. New listings can be priced from the opening print, so a perp or a prediction market on a fresh IPO doesn't have to wait for an aggregator to find its footing. After-hours products get a reference price. US equities on Pyth run 24/5 including overnight, & when Nasdaq is closed Pyth Indices keep pricing 24/7 on top names like Amazon, Meta and Palantir. That means a tokenized-stock position or a perp can be hedged, marked or traded on a weekend on a price that has something behind it. Tokenized stocks get priced off the exchange. A wrapped share can be minted, redeemed or quoted against Nasdaq's actual bid & offer rather than a synthetic, and the exchanges that list them (Kraken, Coinbase, Binance and OKX are all Pyth customers) are pulling from the same source. In 2025 the wins were crypto companies wrapping stocks and buying oracle feeds. In 2026 the exchange itself is choosing a crypto-native channel to sell its product through. Euronext, Fidelity and now Nasdaq are on the same network, & every one of them makes it easier for the next data owner to say yes. I've been bullish on tokenized stocks since I learned of the concept, and one blocker to mass adoption was the price sitting one step removed from the real market. That's over as of today, and the products get a lot more interesting from this point on thanks to Pyth's access to Nasdaq Basic. Obviously we could and will test supports on the downside, and yes he admittance implies cycle bottom is in circa ~59k June/July. Yes he is just another human like all of us and could be wrong again. We could test 40k again but the odds/probabilities seem to be diminishing as we reach end of Q4. It feels like a new bull as TA 50/200 suggests but we could all be wrong. I think it is still a good range for DCA but keep your expectation realistic. Gone are the days where BTC can do 50 - 100x 1 cycle. BTC have reach the point of diminishing returns. i think it could still do 2 or 3x from here if you hold long enough. In the end, DYOR and make decision based on the knowledge you have. Holding Cash is also a position if you believe there will be a big sell off soon. Personally i wouldn't time the market since the market always have the way to surprise you.

If inflation accelerates it could be $1,000,000,000 USD to 1 BTC or it could be $250,000 to 1 BTC there's so many factors at play for a fixed global unit of account, It could even be that 1 BTC = 1M Chinese Yuan, depends on what the global monetary system does. The thing that can be said with the most certainty is that it will be worth enough to buy a house a car and still pass along something to your kids. That I believe.

Not sure if this is the right advice but if you are looking at such consistency, can also look at them cloud mining options. Granted that now most crypto are sideways, same will same it is the new low and some may say we're not at pit bottom. If entry price is not your main concern as most who DCA, feel free to just DCA. Sounds like this is your first, the patterned cycle isn’t until 29, you’re talking about a 3 year front, it would be a complete break of the cycle, we haven’t even had consolidation at the bottom yet… you need a few months of sideways price action to signal the bottom at least. I’ve been trading since 2018 but hey “DYOR”. This is a classic pump and dump scalp designed to make all the inexperienced traders panic fomo one last time before they send it lower.

for long term, id look beyond just which coin has the biggest community and see if the token actually has a use. a project i have been personally looking into is Reserve (RSR). it actually has some utility in the ecosystem, instead of just being a governance token. Obviously doesnt mean its a good investment, you should always DYOR but i think projects with real usage are worth looking into. I would rather find those than just chase whatever coin is trending tbh.

I get a little out of my depth here, so DYOR, but as I understand it, multiple receives to the same address don't matter in this case, but signing with the same private key multiple times, does. And, in the case of an attack like Dark Skippy, enough seed material to matter could be leaked in a single transaction.

I have read that the cc had two seed generators. One was the proper one that produces zillions(?) of possible seed phrases. The other was a much simpler seed generator that was much easier to determine by computer. There is a software switch that could toggle between the two. The cc software did not check and ensure the switch was toggled to the zillions seed phrase generator. So the hackers stole the crypto directly off the blockchain. That cc even had the simpler seed generator and switch is beyond stupidity to me *this is from memory, so DYOR

Thanks for your comments. I haven't seen many opensource tools that provide this in a clean interface, so thought Id share. Happy for people to completely ignore or just use for experimentation. I checked it with Metamask and Satochip wallets and the key derivation matches. However as they say DYOR. Btw I have a variant that does Trezor SLIP39 and also have a BIP39 to SLIP339 converter. Still testing this so haven't posted. Just trying to add to the tools and familiarity of how wallets are generated. Cheers

We usually recommend to also pay attention to the security side. Since it might be difficult for retail users to dive deep into all the technical nuances, you could check aggregators that have rankings of Exchanges. For example, Coingecko has trust score attached to each exchange. Or CORE3 has rating of exchanges based purely on risk score. You can check any of these, or both, and make a picture of market landscape. It's currently at 6 cents. If it does everything it intends to do, I think it's easily a multi-trillion dollar asset. Hedera with $1 trillion market cap is $20. But even if it only goes to $1, or $5, or $10... It's at 6 cents now. That's a 16x, 83x, or 166x on your investment. ETH is at ~$2000.... DYOR!!! If you have the private key chances are it was pre-segwit. You won’t be able to move it to post segwit wallet (which is most common format) pre segwit wallet address starts with a 1 post segwit starts with a 3 and Bech starts with bc. It can be done trust me! You have Bitcoin Classic. You need to update it to current Bitcoin protocol. Basically new Bitcoin doesn’t recognize it as Bitcoin (security consensus protocol) so it looks foreign to the system
