I keep my Powsche people close. Good group of Chads in the TG. Last week I was personally having a rough go at it. Just a lot of change and things popping up in the personal life. Popped over to the Powsche Health division and let off some steam. My guys were there to listen to it and pick me back up. So thankful to be in a project with people like that. We can't not win. My house is paid off, I carry no debt, and credit score is 832. I make engineer money, so decent pay, but definitely not "lambo money." (thanks Bitcoin!) I wanted to finance the entire loan, to avoid having to sell too much crypto, but they wouldn't allow it. I asked why, since I'd demonstrated I could pay off a large loan (the house), but they said house loans are not factored in when purchasing a vehicle. They said because I'd never had a *vehicle* loan that large, I'd have to put down cash. I ended up putting $100,000 down and financing $250,000, 100 month loan at 2.79% APR. After I sold the car and paid the loan off, now I can easily get approved for $350,000 vehicle loan, because I've been approved before and shown I'm good on payments and payoff. It's weird but that's how it is with the higher-end exotics. Odd side note, insurance on the Huracan (comprehensive coverage) was $107 a month, cheaper than my 4Runner. When I asked why it was so cheap, they said because most people who buy that kind of car rarely drive them, and rarely wreck them, so since the insurance company rarely has to pay out, rates are cheap. It also helped that I'm in my 30s with a clean driving record. It's a strange world.

Bunch of model 3 performance bragging about beating RWD cars. Compare one to a equivalent AWD ICE car. Tesla usually loses. Model 3 performance beats a hellcat with 700 HP to 60, but loses to a 500 HP BMW M340i AWD. So the difference maker isn't electric vs ICE, but gearing and AWD.
I also work on healthcare and have been thinking about the potential of these kind of apps. It can also be used for RWD and access to epidemiology data that its quite valuable (eg covid). Implementation is a question that has to be answered and who maintains the network is also something that I haven’t had the time to figure out..
