You should check out SHEZMU. It's a project similar to OHM & TIME in that you get high APR returns. The idea is that you buy SHEZMU > burn it for an NFT > the NFT pays out more SHEZMU. This is a NFT loan protocol which will allow users to use their NFTs as collateral to take out loans. It's also cross-chain compatible. Oasis is the loan platform which has a testnet that launches 1/29 (end of month). This project is still VERY under the radar with a market cap below 4 million dollars.
