One time I bought into an ICO of a shitcoin called TetraPAY (TPAY) I lost 99.99% of what I put into it. It was obviously a rug pull 🤣.
No, at least not that I can see. There is a Telegram; I posted the link but my comment got removed (Telegram links aren’t allowed). I really suggest you seek out that Telegram and read the pinned message. The TL;DR is yes, you got rugpulled. You can’t even make this fantasy up. Probably the most **wide open** scam in crypto.

Sep 1, 2020 The $TPAY blockchain dev repositories have moved to http://github.com/tpaysecure. The @rgtglobal devs have posted a clear roadmap. You can now see the blockchain upgrade code. It‘s public and fully open source. The risk being it‘s susceptible to fork now. We will update with progress.
Best thing to do is get on the TPAY discord, take a seat. Close the door. Never come out, and definitely, definitely, put whatever you have left into some other shitcoin like ARCX or MSWAP
TPAY (TokenPay) is (was) a scam in my opinion. I can explain why.
TokenPay...(TPAY)...Seems a different coin is using their old socials and using the name TPAY. [WeTrust.io](https://WeTrust.io) BCN I had a few duds :(
