etherium wallet shows your balance in mBit by default. But with the UDS being just below 1200 $atoshi and still falling, i don't think we'll need kiloSatoshis or hektoSatoshis for long.
I actually can't convert UDS into any cryptocurrency within Bitgo and then send it to a wallet, nothing on this site works properly. Can you help me?
10-4 and thanks for the input. After reading these comments I think I am going to go for 90% BTC and 10% UDS. I can divide my direct deposit. Just a bit scary making this jump but I think in the long term I will be better off. Or completely broke. Time will tell. Will see where you and I are in 5/10/15 years. Cheers and good luck to you as well.
The US projects a lot of 'hard' power throughout the world through its military and strategic alliances. The US also projects 'soft' power throughout the world through its reserve currency, the UDS. This is perhaps the nations biggest strength, or lever of control; the ability to control and manipulate the money supply and means of exchange. Control of this currency is probably the most important aspect of US hegemony. Keeping that control is central to all foreign policy and national security. Now, should this currency ever be debased or replaced by something else, that would be a loss of soft power the US would not be willing to accept. As a world reserve currency, BTC is the *only* form of currency that could realistically replace or debase the dollar as a global means of reserve and exchange. A strategic BTC reserve is essential for the future of national security. Even if I'm wrong, its not a bet the US should be willing to place. The US should be hedging its bets here, and creating a strategic BTC reserve. Its a win-win policy in my opinion.
>would it be smart to just dollar cost average into BTC with all my funds I was going to put into the S&P ? it would be smart, because at the end of the day, you'll have more BTC that way. The point is, in 30 years from now, do you expect the FED and the ECB will be still printing money like there's no tomorrow? Then having all in BTC is a safe bet. Do you expect some currencies, including the UDS, might collapse in hyperinflation along the way? Then, BTC is a safe bet. **Or do you expect** the types like Milei, Trump, and Musk's D.oG.E. will introduce **a decade-long era of financial responsibility?** In that unlikely case, BTC may become obsolete.
$500,000,000? So a 10 QUADRILLION UDS market cap?
