Btw - you obviously forgot CCIV/LCID ($60+), PRPB/GETY ($35+), DCRC/DCFC($19+), BKKT($50+). Saying "Literally being wrong at everything you suggest" is not only utterly wrong but simply douchy as every of the tickers had a pretty good and insightful DD and already went at least high with some being multiples (apart of SNAX). Of course they are bashed, because everything else has been. One can only agree on being arrogant, as that he sometimes is, but one must be pretty touchy to really mind such detail.

PRPB, Beauty of a Princess... Back in October I had 6000 of those, but holding through merger would be too much of a gamble for me. I can't trade PM/AH so I wonder how much at open would I sell it for would I still have it.

Just because it makes money it doesn't mean the valuation is fair. The deal was announced in December while the market was around ATH so PRPB should drop on deSPAC.

If I held to my 8000 CONX and 6000 PRPB bought for GBPUSD 1.38, I'd be about 15% up, instead I'm way way waaaaaay paper down on moves I did. Life, eh ?
I was debating picking up PRPB puts yesterday with floor removal expected today, but thought they were too expensive so haven't done anything with it... Will be interested to see how low it goes today - GL to those of you who are in it!
I mostly use TDA and their deadline for BRPM was 11:00 CT today. I've heard anecdotally that other brokers range from the day before (so yesterday at 5:00 or so) to later in the afternoon on the day of, but don't have direct experience. For PRPB, TDA's deadline is 11:00 CT on Thursday and the floor should drop that morning.
790 of them were me unwinding covered calls - liquidity just isn't there unfortunately and I had to overpay (about half at .25 and half at .30) to get out. I would expect the bid to crater once various brokers' redemption deadlines pass, although some of the bid is probably betting on a low float squeeze once redemptions formally close tomorrow. I should have started unwinding a few days ago, but prices just seemed unreasonably high - lessons learned and all that. All in all should come away with a small-ish profit assuming the merger goes through, but I'm questioning whether it was worth the risk. I did the same thing with GGPI and it worked out a lot better there (unwound at .07 or so), but the deadline was a few days later and there was no chance of a low float squeeze like there is here (since the formal SEC redemption deadline was the same day as OpEx). PRPB is the same setup as GGPI was regarding DTE and the redemption deadline, so I wouldn't expect quite the same dynamic, but who knows.
Puzzled to see bids at 0.3 for BRPM 10C 7/15. People who sold covered calls trying to unwind? PRPB could also see the same I guess. Saw 300 calls bought at 0.4 today (for 7/15 expiry). Small enough for it to be someone fat fingering an order, but could be someone trying to get out of covered calls before merger.
With you on that, $0.45 seems pretty cheap for deSPAC puts these days. I guess there's the fact that PRPB's floor falls away on Thursday, so there's only 2 days for the 7/15 puts to pay off. BRPM has 2-3 more days since the floor falls on Monday (or maybe Tuesday, unclear)

Glad to see PRPB get a vote date. I like Getty but I sold my warrants last month planning to buy back after the merger was complete, too much risk of it being called off.

Anyone know why the PRPB options chain is pricing in a potential floor removal before July opex? Seems to make absolutely zero sense given that no PREM14A/DEFA14A or S4 has even been filed? Am I missing something stupidly obvious?

For anyone who is sitting on cash and wants to get a little return over the next week, PRPB $10 Calls expiring 6/17 can be sold for $0.05. They are near merger (but no date yet) so the commons price has been very stable in the $9.95-$9.97 range for a while and should be expected to stay that way. \[Disclosure: I have a large 6/17 $10 covered call position\]

PRPB Covered Calls for 6/17 ($10 strike) are good for about a 15% unlevered annualized yield right now (if commons stay level). TDA hasa 40% maintenance requirement on this can boost returns to 30%+. Merger should be soon-ish but unlikely to be before June OpEx (last S-4/A was April 22). \[Usual Disclosure: I have a large position in this\]

I'm not a dude, and I don't see why my gender is so relevant to spacs. You're probably the one that reported me. good job big guy. ​ You also blocked me on twitter for presenting bear arguments on your giga-bullish SNAX tweets, if only you're poor followers could've seen my shining guidance. You also missed on AVPT, CRHC, SLDP, PRPB.... probably missing some others ​ These lost souls on here deserve other trading strategies that don't involve buying the dip from 10 to 5 (AVPT) or 5 to 2 (SNAX).
APSG is probably in the same camp as PRPB and CRHC.
There are SPACs like PRPB and CRHC which when de-SPAC'd will be "real" companies, not complete & utter crap. Those warrants are probably both screaming buys right here, but people are either too scared or too risk averse right now to buy them anyway. I'm in the latter camp, but I bet they're both home runs.
Crazy volume on PRPB warrants lately. I wonder if it has to do with the recent analyst presentation that shows positive net income for Getty Images. I've been building a position these past few days.

Anyone any thoughts on PRPB and Getty? I've been holding PRPB for a while now and not sure if I should increase my holding.
As I wrote about it few times already I don't hold any of those anymore. When GBPUSD dipped to 1.34-1.33 in October or November I sold almost everything because **thanks to rates** I sold CONX and PRPB for something like $10.10-$10.15 (my broker doesn't have option to redeem) and ended up with relatively small loss (I had quite a lot of commons) and I gained like £100 on CRHC. I couldn't pass on a chance to minimise losses seeing that DAs pops are no longer happening, and if it happens it's in PM (when I can't trade) and is gone by market open. This mantra is no more than fun now.
