Its been down bigly because theres been rumors of them pinning autism on tylenol for months but now that they did, ACOG formally came out against it saying its bullshit

ACOG still recommends judicious use of acetaminophen for pregnant women. Untreated pain, inflammation and fever are demonstrably worse for the fetus than sensible acetaminophen use.

No problem, its just I lost 90% once with SAVA and they also made an ATM offering before announcing their bad numbers, so I am afraid that the same might happen with ACOG. You know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me :D For your sake I really-really hope that I made/am making a mistake selling and it turns out well in the long-term :D

Its not just about the guns. Any basic ACOG extended mag Desert Eagle with HardGrip can do the job - but you need ammo and lots of it. The best investment you can make is in heavy duty holsters to be able to carry up to 30 pounds of ammo on you at all times. This is the way the americans understand each other, and also doubles as a currency since the USD has lost all value. 1 Egg is a simple 5.56, but special stuff like an iPhone can cost up to 100 hallow point .22 LR.

In November 2024, I asked it to pick 5 biotech firms that were making heavy AI investments. I bought 4 of them. Here are the results as of today: BTAI -98% ACOG +22% THC +66% TWST +109% Not too shabby.

Alpha Cognition $ACOG is in a similar situation with FDA-approved drug treatment Zunveyl against symptoms of Alzeihmer. Allegedly much less side effects compared to previous drugs controlling symptoms of AZ - insomnia was a big issue which doesn't seem prevalent with Zunveyl. Financial situation of ACOG is good.

Good advice. My portfolio is up 56.91% YTD. Would have been more, but made a few mistakes along the way. One was holding on Envitec Biogas from 30 to 40 EUR per share only to sell it for 31. Missed opportunity. But at least I was up, while US stocks were crashing. So started April from base of zero YTD. Then purchased some large caps like AMD. Elf, El, Meta. As you know - boring base. But good returns. Lost something on others. Lost time and energy while buying and seliing ELTP. Wasted oppurtinity, because I did not sell fast enough and bought fast enough. Now about 200 $ red on this, but still holding 7k shares of this. OTC stocks that have some profit and pipeline in the same time. Not bad. Now bought some shares of OPEN at 0.54. Bought 6k shares at 0.735, sold 2/3 at 1.1 ( I know stupid) and sold rest at 1.65. So got some profit, could be more, but I have soft hands. - stupid stop loss. Anyway. Yesterday bought IXHL for 5% of portfolio and sold 80% of it after itvreached 30% gain for the day. Could have done better, but I have soft hands again.. My next high conviction plays - ACOG, Mdai, VAPE. I have already big position in ACOG - 20% of portfolio. 5% is in VAPE. Mdai no position yet, but will be. All other in boring companies like ADOBE, AMD, Evolution AB and again Envitec biogas - now better price. So let see, where it brings me!

How do we feel about ACOG?

This is interesting. Are there any competitive risks in the pipeline that could challenge their dominance, or is the timeline favorable to ACOG being a first mover?

As far as I know developing insomnia while on donepezil is extremely common (besides other non-serious side-effects like diarrhea and vomiting). ACOG is basically going for the people who can not tolerate the side-effects of drugs like donepezil (as I wrote in my original post), which are basically half of Alzheimer's patients on long-term care.

I was invested in AVXL for a long time in the past, but I got tired of waiting after they haven't even submitted for approval with the FDA half a year after their phase 2/3 trial was already done. If you are waiting for over half a year then there could be something fishy there. As far as I know, they still haven't submitted for FDA approval, a whole year after their trial ended. On the other hand ACOG is an already approved drug out in the market right now, today. Still, it is not disease-modifying like AVXL claims to be. Still, I honestly hope that AVXL succeeds, even though I am not in it anymore.

You can say about lengthening the remaining life and reducing the progression of the disease to half modest, temporary improvements. Sure, you are right in the fact that this is not a disease-modifying wonderdrug, but I already wrote that in my post. About the price: well, thankfully there is Medicare, so it is not the patient paying most of the price. The patient(s family) pays $50 at max and Medicare covers the other $700, while ACOG still gets the whole $750 as revenue.

It is extremely easy to fake an image, it wouldn't mean anything either. Feel free to read my post history. I am living solely from my investments for almost half a decade now and I have owned up both my wins and also my losses. The next couple of years will tell us if ACOG is a win or a lose. I am betting on it being a multibillion dollar company in a year or two and I have put my money where my mouth is. You don't have to.

Search for 'ACOG stock' in google. They are on NASDAQ for 7 months, sure, bit they were on other markets for years.

Great post, I wrote down a lot of tickers to do DD on them later :) Currently I only hold 2 companies that could 100x. - ACOG: Already approved Alzheimer's drug based on one that is on the market for decades: the trick is that they have made it to be absorbed in the gut instead of the stomach, and with this they have basically eliminated almost all side-effects. No more insomnia, no more vomit, etc. There are 7 million Alzheimer's patients just in the US alone and almost half of them can't tolerate any drug due to their serious side effects, so the market is huge. They have just started selling them in March. - SPCB: GPS monitoring security company. Huge trun-around play, they are basically like 99.5% down all time but last year they were already profitable and in this year in the first quarter alone they made over $4 million net imcome. They just started to go into the US half a year ago and they are already in 9 states. They completely dominate the EU, winning like 2/3 of national tenders in the last couple of years. As I said, huge turn-around play (they completely abandoned their legacy business)

SPCB might 5x in the next couple of months, but only if their next earnings will be as blowout as the Q1 yesterday. ACOG might 10x in a year, but only if their Alzheimer's drugs early adoption goes extremely well, but this is an extremely risky play and I wouldn't say that 1 year is that soon. Sorry dude, you simply ask for too much.
