Any diamond hands from the GME days want to come join Alliance (AENT)?
Let's burn the shorts on AENT!!!!!
Crazy premarket spike on Alliance Entertainment ( AENT AENTW ). They announced earnings after market close yesterday, closed at $5.51. Hit $24 at 4 am, now trading around $7.10 with almost 5 million traded premarket.
Anyone else think AENT is a safer play incase you are left bag holding? They are profitable but just a small increase in margins would send this flying in the future plus physical media not going anywhere
AENT needs our help 🦧
Do we reckon AENT could bounce at open?
AENT early morning pomp man that is weird vol
Playing the casino on Thursday: LPTH, CPRT, AENT, ORCL. https://preview.redd.it/oxzyjheqsynh1.jpeg?width=1068&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=80a2486337778879fd7f7c5fbd259e31910f847e
yeah, I made money on romeo, nikola, tattooed chef and luminar and I don't think I lost money on any of those listed. I did get slaughtered in names touching medical Cano, Caremax, P3, DocGo (which was a winner for a while). My fave i got zero'd on due to fail to merge was the one with the phillipean casino that I maintain would have been a home run but armed thugs seized control of it then it got thrown to the courts or something. I think the original owners took it back but then they also somehow backed out of the SPAC deal because COVID was ending and they realized they had sold the lows if the deal went through. Overall SPACs via warrants have been very good to me shout out ASTS, CLBT, ABX, AENT and hopefully QTI in the next couple years.
AENT - Alliance Entertainment CEO Jeffrey Walker buys $2.69 billion in stock (dated 02/27/25)..... Why would the CEO buy back stock at weighted average prices of $38K and $39K when the share price is around $4.00? He acquired warrants on the same day " involving 28,476 and 52,500 shares, respectively. These warrants were purchased at prices ranging from $0.2292 to $0.30 per warrant." The share purchase price amounts ($38K - $39K) had to be related to the warrant acquisition, no? trying to wrap my head around this.... Market not pleased, AENT down 25% today to $3.90
At the risk of jinxing them, Alliance Entertainment ( AENT AENTW ) has been on a nice run this year. AENT was 74 cents las December, $4.74 today. AENTW was 1 cent in January, 16 cents today. AENT released [Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2024 Results](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2024/09/19/2949406/0/en/Alliance-Entertainment-Reports-Fourth-Quarter-and-Fiscal-Year-2024-Results.html) six weeks ago, stock has more than doubled since. Net revenue totaled $1.1 billion in fiscal year 2024; net income was $4.6 million, a big improvement after some "cost-saving initiatives and improved operational efficiencies". First quarter earnings coming up in a couple of weeks, will be interesting to see if the earnings turnaround continues.
You still trying to sell before earnings? 😉 At $1.20-$1.50 you stand to make a hefty profit if people buy $AENT. https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/s/sU7KRpQwhh
If you check out Best Buy or Target you can see they are dedicating a decent amount to vinyl. Taylor Swift has been crushing it. Two months ago she sold 700k vinyl's in a weekend. Why shouldn't GME be picking up a good chunk of those sales? They target a similar demographic in terms of age. [https://variety.com/2024/music/news/vinyl-tortured-poets-department-breaks-record-weekly-sales-1235978774/](https://variety.com/2024/music/news/vinyl-tortured-poets-department-breaks-record-weekly-sales-1235978774/) "The sector has grown steadily since 2013, when 140,000 vinyl records were sold in Spain, compared to over 1.5 million in 2022." [https://english.elpais.com/culture/2024-02-19/new-pop-stars-turn-vinyl-sales-upside-down.html](https://english.elpais.com/culture/2024-02-19/new-pop-stars-turn-vinyl-sales-upside-down.html) AENT touches a huge chunk of that market.
Does not make sense for them to hold onto a bunch of excess cash. They paid off 40m of debt the past year and only have 100m remaining. That is not astronomical for a company with 1B in revenue. Margins are not great, but they seem to be on the right track to improving the situation the past years. Investors are clearly taking not, as it has been grinding upwards the past 6 months. GME is not have net positive income every year either. The difference is AENT is trading at .3x ev / sales, while GME at 1.7. I don't think Cohen would be adverse to taking on a company with some flaws if it was trading at a reasonable valuation (it is) and represented a good fit in terms of expanding into collectibles and toys (which I think it does). Might be worth taking at look at the investor presentation: [https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/\_9e4007544919947363146cb872f23f24/aent/db/2265/21481/pdf/Alliance+Investor+Presentation+-+05.09.24+-+FINAL+v3.pdf](https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/_9e4007544919947363146cb872f23f24/aent/db/2265/21481/pdf/Alliance+Investor+Presentation+-+05.09.24+-+FINAL+v3.pdf)
I am hoping they peel off $500m and make a bid on AENT.
Steam and BTC are the most popular ideas being tossed out. When I searched online it said Steam had a valuation of around \~8b a few years ago. I imagine it is more now. I don't know what Steam games by being acquired by GameStop since they are doing fine on their own, so I imagine they would be adverse to being acquired. GameStop only has \~4B in debt, so I think making a bid on Steam that would be a substantial premium to today's market value is not so feasible. That said, someone tosses out the idea of CD Projekt, which owns GOG, and is a mere 3B. That seems more doable. Though as far as I know management has talked about wanting to expand into the collectibles and toys direction (which AENT fits) and I am not seeing much of anything on the earnings call about ambitions to become a digital gaming platform. If you have any info on them being interested in going that direction, I would like to know.
Volume on AENT has been building the past week, through still a relative unknown. I think a break-out could happen any time. That said, if you check the timestamp of when I posted on KITT and RENT it was about a month early in both cases. What I like about AENT, is even though it is a low public float, it is in relatively good shape financially so is something I can hold for a longer time frame with less sweating.
No. The warrants are like call options. They allow you to buy stock at a certain price. Just like you buy a 40 strike call option in GME or something when the stock is trading at 30...you bank if the stock goes above 40 before it expires (or the price of the options simply increase). Same concept here. AENT is currently trading around 4 / share. The warrants (which can be bought around 7 cents) allow for the purchase of stock at 11.50 (if other conditions are fulfilled). So if AENT increases by 400% or something to let's say 16, and then the warrants are redeemed, then they would be worth 16-11.5 = 4.5. So the warrants would increase from 7 cents to 4.5 or by \~64x. Anyway, all a rough example, but the best way to think of the options are as long-dated otm calls.
that is my impression. I think AENT is a decent fit, though still fishing around for alternatives.
I did not realize they owned GOG. Definitely a distant second to Steam, but actually sounds plausible and beneficial to GME. First thesis I have heard outside of AENT that has some reasoning to it.
The problem is people fall to very logical assumptions about the stock market. It is logical to think that because a stock dropped fast it becomes "cheap", or that the past bottom will be a new bottom, etc. All of this seems logical, but it is wrong. Also, people try to time the market, and this is impossible to achieve in a repeated matter, sure I have had trades that have been 100% buying on the pivot bottom and selling at the top, but it happens 1 every 100 times. So regarding penny stocks: This is my methodology. I analyze stocks that have had 20%+ pumps recently. I am looking for stocks that have volatility and retail interest with eventual volume spikes. Then I analyze the balance sheet, I use tools like Dilution tracker to check that they are not close to bankruptcy and have enough cash, I also look for potential, biostocks with clinical trials, innovative treatments or development of technology. I understand they might not achieve there goals but the risk reward must be high. Or like AENT just a good company recovering from pandemic. After I choose the stock I will buy a very small position, that has no risk. I am assuming it will drop afterwards. I f it doesnt good, it has happened a couple of times, I just let the small position grow and I dont add more, never add more on a penny stock. This stocks have potential to 10x or more so whatever happens I am happy with it. I never flip pennies either. Normally what happens is that buying a small position puts the stock on my screen, I start tracking it every day and I will let it drop adding a little bit if it drops a lot and if news/sentiment/earnings support a thesis of growth. The lower it gets as long as the outlook remins strong I add harder. 2x or even 10x the original amount. Then I sell with profits above 50% from the lower lots and I keep the original amount until it is completely paid off or sell after the stock moves higher than even the original amount. I never hold too long, I always take profits. Once you can understand the trend you can allow it to continue until you reach the goal. Many times the stock keeps going higher and its tempting to hold but I try to focus on making realized gains sustainably instead of wanting to hit a home run every time.
I am up 50K in AENT and sold some today for 9K profit... So dont know what are you talking about.
I posted BNED way before it went up 700%, AENT way before its 85% gain rn. And many others, you are just reading the popular comments...
I make you some recomendations RBOT- this is a 10x in a couple of years, had a good move today, holding 100k shares CYN- also good move today, 100k shares GRTS- will move higher to 2-2.2 sell at 2 CRKN- sold yesterday at 1,000% waiting to buy again at .05-.10, company needs cash so dilution will happen most likely SHCT- this is likely going to be acquired at 1.2-1.5 per share, has been moving higher, buy below .7 or even now but this has been moving from .80 to .60 even lower back and forth. Finally broke out today. CLRO- strong balance sheet BBAI- off the radar comapny doing biometric security they just landed a couple of airports for gate checkin using bios, interesting and good potential BETR- this is a rate hike play, the thing is price is sub 1 book value, company has twice the cash and equivalents as mkt cap. AENT- this is going to 10 at least. My favourite value play, you will not hear anyone talking about it. Insiders own something like 95-97% of OS. Bought it at 1.5. wanted to buy more but it just kept going. They disclosed ability to continue as an ongoing concern 4Qs ago, and lifted it up 2Qs ago, had a very positive Q. Full recovery, profitable, positive cash flow, sales north of 1B vs mkt cap 130M. They distribute entertainment products to basically everyone, worlwide and also drop shippers. They are having a road show for investors on the new tech updated warehouse this weekend. The float is so small that a 5k share buy sends it moving by a lot. If you buy it use limit buy and watch the Buy price carefully because it gaps a lot. There are other companies I buy, also big cap and mid cap. Not only pennies. Hit me up if you want to comment more, im glad to shoot ideas. GLTA

$AENT is only declining to lose margin gains.
Posting this here so I can say told you so: AENT to go to $50 within 6 months
"[ADEX's decision to voluntarily de-list from the NYSE American](https://www.accesswire.com/viewarticle.aspx?id=819906&lang=en#:~:text=ADEX%27s%20decision%20to%20voluntarily%20de%2Dlist%20from%20the%20NYSE%20American) was motivated by indications from NYSE American that NYSE American would decline to approve a listing of the post-closing company, **ADEX's applications to list its common stock and warrants on securities exchanges in the U.S. and Canada and ADEX's expectations that its common stock and warrants will be listed on an exchange in Canada and the U.S. following the closing of its business combination with Griid Holdco LLC**. " Adara Acquisition Corp and Alliance Entertainment complete their business combination on February 13, 2023; the stock began trading on the OTC Pink level as ADRA ADRAW [instead of the NYSE American](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20230210005305/en/Alliance-Entertainment-Completes-Business-Combination-with-Adara-Acquisition-Corp). On March 20, they changed the ticker to AENT and AENTW. Then at the end of June AENT and AENTW was [approved for listing on NASDAQ](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1823584/000135445723000443/8A_cert_AENT.pdf). Seems possible something similar could happen with ADEX / Griid.
Wonder if they can pull an ADRA/AENT and go OTC until they relist on Nasdaq.
AENT worth anyone time today, low float, bull flag?
There have been some business combinations that went straight to OTC Pink, most recently ADRA ADRA.WS -> OTC Pink: ADRA ADRAW, now AENT AENTW on OTC Pink. Not sure if any SPACs that had been down-listed to OTC ever completed a business combination. Best guess is that RCLF will get the delisting notice around July 21. RCLF will then appeal. That process takes 30 to 60 days, it seems. So it's possible RCLF could complete the business combination during that appeal period. If not, NASDAQ might allow a further extension, as long as RCLF is making progress on the Spectral MD combination, and assuming the Spectral MD combination would meet the listing requirements. But that's just a guess.
Buying 10 shares of either this or that entertainment IPO AENT, I think... Just for shiggles.
