I follow AGRI on and off but can anyone explain this pre-market activity? Why did this tank 20% pre-market on basically no shares?

I followed AGRI when it became a crypto play and it switched to AVX. (Avax One) The big boys bought in around $2-3 range and it’s currently at 50 cents. They have $40 mil in share repurchase program that they still haven’t used as well. They hold $140 million in Avalanche crypto and the market cap of the stock is $44 mil. It’s being staked as well generating millions in revenue for them. They only have $6.6 million in debt as well. I think it’s a good value here to start scooping and hold until people realize how undervalued it currently is.

Aight im holding off from entering any positions for a minute everything is just so random rn. Holding AGRI sold out of DFLI for a loss 😞 lost about 20% of port was up 35% now up only 15%. I do think AGRI should do well in coming weeks due to the ticker change and increase in attention it’s getting volume and ent from daily 30-40ks to 300k+ atm. But I’ll play it safer and smarter from now been losing too much money haha

There was a shareholder meeting this week that approved PIPE funding of $300 million to buy Avalanche and change its ticker to AVAX. Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Blackrock, and more have adopted this platform which screams deep value. Just recently, $240 billion in real estate assets was approved to move on chain to Avalanche as well. Think Microstrategy, but for Avalanche here. Currently, AGRI has a market cap of $12 million. Just staking the purchased Avalanche will yield tens of millions in pure profit every year. Do your DD.(this is someone else's DD but this is the gist mb im in class so can't explain fully well rn but this should give you the idea)

the difference is, ASST has about 1.2 billion in bitcoin with a 1.2 billion market cap. AGRI has $300 million in Avalanche coming with plans to buy $700 million, and its market cap is currently $12 million. Little bit of a difference lol

Nah man, I’m good with my choice. AGRI is nothing like YYAI if you actually looked into it. This is the best choice for what I think is going to run 5-10x in the coming weeks and months.

When it was announced the stock jumped to 5$, now with the token down since then, I imagine they can buy much more too... easy buy and hold for $AGRI --> $AVAX friday

I agree. I am interested in AGRI, because Associate Late keeps hyping it up. But I've lost so much on crypto related stocks I swore I wouldn't venture back in. Have a lot of dry powder, patiently waiting. I prefer Quality or quantity.

It was confirmed yesterday and the $300 mil purchase happens before end of week. Ticker change shortly after. Market cap $12 mil. Just staking $300 mil of Avalanche nets over $10 mil in pure profit every year. Biggest no brainer I’ve seen. Can’t believe it’s back to these levels honestly.
