Man I have nearly 600 shares of AIRI at an average of $5.50. We ever gonna see the sky again?
Who didn’t see it coming??? I sold all stocks but AIRI and preferred stocks four months ago. I bought many shares of ICON that is way undervalued. It was heavily shorted and went from over $2.00 to .09. Today it is up over 40%. Target of $1.50 or more. No threat of reverse split for now as the company has until September to decide whether to or not. Profitable company. They have $13 million in cash and are buying more ships. They have credit of over $100 million. Disclosure : I own a lot of shares. If you have lost in this market you may want to consider buying.
I am holding even due to a defensive group of positions. Holding ICON - up 45% today. AIRI a defense company, and many preferred stocks paying 6 to 8%. ICON is a special situation with a target of $1.25. It has been heavily shorted down to $.09. Book value of $8.72 Good earnings and dividend.
Buy ICON and AIRI. Going to $2.00 and $7.00 respectively. icon has a $.08 dividend on the way and good earnings.
Sold all but ICON and AIRI and bought preferred stock. Average 7% dividend.
Buying huntington ingalls, defense stocks are about to be surging, the country has to make up for everything they’ve shipped off to ukraine and taiwan, so defense stocks, lockheed, ammunition companies, AIRI possibly. HII is already surging, Nvidia is moving up.

Absolutely I am. All in on dividend paying preferred averaging 7%. Only one other small holding AIRI.
$AIRI Some conservative numbers crunching: Annual sales $50 million. Shares outstanding 3.3 million. Sales per share $15. Assume ratio of 2:1 for price to sales=price per share $30. Discount the above price by 50% to account for debt of $8 per share=$15 per share market price. $15 sales x .15 operating margin=$2.25 per share operating profit. Debt of $26 x 7.5% interest=1.95 debt service. So there will be plenty left to cover debt service and even to reduce the debt. This company is doing fine and is also a great potential acquisition for a big company

I hold positions in ASTS, RKLB, LUNR, and AIRI. They all serve completely different functions when it comes to “Space Industries.” Comparing the four are like comparing apples, to televisions, to dinosaurs, to hair gel. I think it’s important to learn to do your own due diligence, so I won’t expand on why I’m invested.

I will always hold winners like AIRI. If you want a 5 to 10 bagger buy AIRI now. Backlog of $110 million over next 18 months. $AIRI last earnings CEO said: "We remain laser focused on several large opportunities we expect to close. I remain confident that fiscal 2024 will be a year of growth.” Past Covid problems behind them and CEO has made the company able to bid on bigger jobs and get them. Only 3.2 million shares and worth $200 million in a buyout.
AIRI $12 by end of year. I realize that the company has had some difficulties in the past with supplies, painting, Covid, etc. Now all problems in the rear view mirror. They do have substantial debt. Over the next five years it will be $25.00.$Air Industries This seems like an oasis in a crazy tech rollercoaster of $Taiwan Semi vs $Nvidia Corporation but a supplier of necessary safety parts for jets and helicopters 🚁 with the Middle East igniting. AIRI has multi year military contracts and continues to win innovation awards (and contracts). Looking forward to seeing $Lockheed Martin contracts again and others. I’m bullish on this but I’m not a financial adviser, do your DD always and know the fundamentals and current guidance. Too many gamblers become bagholders. Good luck
Eventually they will be taken over. My guess is they get bought out by year’s end. AIRI is really not unknown to many traders that expected the company to go bankrupt by now. I like it when traders give up on companies that have a niche and you can buy good companies for pennies on the dollar.

Nothing. AIRI is a turn around story where they got a very good CEO that has done turn arounds before making millions for shareholders. I think it is taken over by years end. $20.00 most likely. Company has $110 million in backlog, only 3.2 million shares owned by predominantly insiders that have yet to sell a share, in fact they are buying recently. Earnings out and they will be flat probably but could be a surprise. Company is worth $200 million in a buyout based upon price sales.

I would buy all the AIRI stock that I could to expand my portfolio money. The company is a department of defense contractor with over $100 million dollars in backlog over 18 months. That is why you do voluminous research and buy a company like AIRI. Three million shares predominantly owned by insiders and worth $200 million dollars in a buyout coming by the end of the year. I own 7% of the company based on future worth.

They are terrible is the best thing that you can say. Huge fee schedule and worth your time to do your own investigation. Our advisor always said that they wouldn’t let us buy this stock or that stock. Latest example AIRI. I bought for my mother’s account. Up 40% since January. Glad that I bought 95,000 shares. Too restrictive for me.

$AIRI read this again, and realize that they needed extra help with accounting due to the increased growth: "Mr. Glassman succeeds Michael Recca, age 73, who has served as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary of the Company for over 9 years, and has served the Company in various capacities for over 15 years. Mr. Recca will remain with Air Industries focusing on special projects related to the Company’s growth plans in the aerospace sector, while also working with Mr. Glassman to ensure a seamless transition of CFO responsibilities."
It has always worked out for me and I found out about AIRI through researching turn around stocks. I fully expect that the CEO will again lead this company to a buyout at much higher multiples. He made investors very rich several years ago when leading a company.

I am buying the most undervalued stock I know of: AIRI. Earnings on April 2 and undervalued by 95%. Management has done much to build value. New equipment and computer technology for production of Department of Defense contracted work for US Air Force, Navy, (submarine parts) and helicopters. Very low float.
