Anyone else catch some of $AMOD? https://preview.redd.it/fn4jgh3hhmef1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e73309653f9d7624bd2ae30e7209ecc7ea6664f4

AMOD secured a nationwide agreement to deploy financial kiosks. Shares float is low and the catalyst seems good. Any thoughts?
I’m just testing rallies.ai and plugged in AMOD. I’m not in this, I’m not disputing you, I’m not investing now anyway, I don’t care, just testing the new stock chat AI. Here’s what it said: There’s no record of Alpha Modus launching headline-grabbing lawsuits to juice its share price. When the company talks about “enforcing patent rights,” it refers mainly to licensing negotiations and targeted infringement letters—not blockbuster courtroom battles engineered for a pop in the stock. Moreover, a review of insider transactions showed no purchases by the CEO or family members in recent filings. That means there isn’t an opaque insider-buying backstop propping up the share price. In short, AMOD trades as a thin-float micro-cap driven by occasional patent or product announcements, rather than orchestrated lawsuits or meaningful insider accumulation.
Thanks for your DD. In researching after I came across your post, I see AMOD is at risk of being delisted and has until July 7, 2025 and August 4, 2025 respectively to regain compliance. To regain compliance, they need to do 2 things: 1) meet the MVPHS requirement of minimum $15 million for at least 10 consecutive days by July 7, 2025, 2) maintain an MVLS of at least $50 million for a minimum of ten consecutive days by August 4, 2025. I just googled the current public float and see 5.05 million (please let me know if you have a more accurate number). At the current price of around $1.18 per share, this puts the MVPHS at $5,959,000. This is quite far off from the required $15 million with 3.5 weeks to reach this goal. If they somehow get the stock price up to $2.97 for 10 days with the current public float, they would delay the delisting. Or, if they issue additional shares and are able to maintain the current stock price, this could also delay the delisting, but it would lower shareholder value. Here's a filing from last month explaining their plans to issue more shares: [https://www.streetinsider.com/SEC%2BFilings/Form%2B%2BS-1%2B%2B%2B%2B%2B%2B%2B%2BALPHA%2BMODUS%2BHOLDINGS%2C/24769015.html?utm\_source=chatgpt.com](https://www.streetinsider.com/SEC%2BFilings/Form%2B%2BS-1%2B%2B%2B%2B%2B%2B%2B%2BALPHA%2BMODUS%2BHOLDINGS%2C/24769015.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com) I'm new to learning about this company, so I'm wondering what your thoughts are? The CEO's converted shares do not get counted towards the MVLS, so perhaps they are attempting to boost the public float and the stock price with this move? The above mentioned stock issuance alone is not enough to delay delisting. I'm curious to see how this pans out. It's a lot of variables for me, but definitely going to keep watching!
Apologies, I can’t seem to edit my post but I’m referring to $CSCO (Cisco Systems) https://www.stocktitan.net/news/AMOD/alpha-modus-ventures-files-patent-infringement-lawsuit-against-cisco-ontaiwsd29qn.html
$1.27 is definitely not the price target. If there is a settlement with the big boys like Walgreens, CISCO etc, AMOD will skyrocket. Why? Well, there are lots of revenue streams that could come about it through partnerships and licensing agreements. Patent infringement is a BIG deal, and they’ve been successful suing other companies so far. $1.27 is the CEO’s (and his family’s) average currently. Market price is below his avg. I reckon he’ll be keeping an eye on it and will be trying to ensure that it’s above $1.27
Just posted some DD on a ticker I’m gonna swing. $AMOD https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/s/vGFkMawO4z
Changed AMOD for SGN same strategy, no stop losses, use the force.
Get out of AMOD SGN will take all the quorum
AMOD I entered from the suggestion of a friend in discord. It might do it little float, don’t ask for fundamentals, technicals might help, no stop loss orders, this isn’t for the faint of heart.
Just added $AMOD and the macd on $NAAS just flipped it could be a nice pre-market day trade here if you're interested.
Looks like AMOD jumped from 1.82 to 3.62 on the news 3 weeks ago and dumped since then. Any reasons why it's a safe buy now?

I think $AMOD might do it again tomorrow
Made an entry on AMOD very early. Suddenly there was a selloff and I was about to lose $200 or more so I sold. AMOD then proceeds to soar and I woulda made money instead of losing it. BRB finding nearest bridge

AMOD has great news. I saw it at $2 but didnt buy in because I got behind the GNPX hype. Big regret
Go ahead, AMOD, stop being a penny stock.
AMOD got that ex-Marine CRO who ran sales at Capgemini and just secured their 9th AI patent for retail tech - this ain't your regular pump and dump SPAC garbage. They're already suing Wakefern and ShopRite for patent infringement, so these patents actually have teeth.
Check out AMOD. Made a lot. Still climbing
