The morning 4 begins with $APLT that needs to break 1.63 resistance and $BCAN pulled back for consolidation. $CRGE needs that 1.23 made into support while $SOBR is gaining on expansion news!

APLT is next. Watch and see.
Anybody have any thoughts on APLT?
$APLT has a clear path now: **Cycle Pharma acquisition** puts a real finish line on the story. Deal-watch into Q1 close + macro week volatility = opportunity for patient bulls.
My, how APLT has fallen. Crazy. Rode it from $4 to $9 before their FDA rejection. Now they're being acquired for pennies.
In PAVS, TVGN, ALIT, APLT, INHD, KULR and unfo VIVK :(
Maybe put WTO on your watchlist yall. SMX was on my watchlist last week at $4.67. I’m all in on WTO now. Got out of APLT
WTO, APLT, CMND. Not financial advice
Bought APLT and WTO. SMX was on my watchlist last week at $4.67. Check it out if you’d like not financial advice
APLT all in not financial advice
Any particular reason why? I made 10k on APLT when it went from 0.25 to 0.35 two weeks ago. I normally never enter the same position twice, but I might consider it.
Anyone who’s confident in APLT: why? Only thing I’ve seen is upgrade on Zack’s due to projected earnings beat.
APLT. I used to post comments on here a lot and most of those did a 2x. SMX was on my watchlist when it was $4.67 and it just went to $70. Check out APLT if you’d like. Not financial advice
Can anyone offer a genuine, logical reason for getting into APLT? or is it just bots / degens making noise after reading tea leaves?
Bots pushing APLT? Looks like a nothing burger to me
i'm in APLT. last play of the day for me. AMZE and ABVE were really good to me this morning
APLT could also be worth looking at (Btw I’m the person who wrote the DD on RVPH yesterday).

APLT - Type C meeting with FDA does not seems to be favorable at all plus they trimmed 40% workforce. Unless FDA give them positive feedback and continue, other than that Type C really on a bearish side??

But yes, it did also show the price was down. This screenshot, also shows it being nowhere near the 9% gain you are claiming. Face it, the APLT p/d got thwarted this morning. Move on to the next one preferably somewhere else other than this sub. thanks and good luck.

$APLT up 10% - someone knows something!

Made 10k on APLT on Monday (0.25 -> 0.35 w/ 100k Shares) Made 4k on IVP on Thursday (0.105 -> 0.1433 w/ 100k Shares) Don't have any serious picks right now. I am monitoring a few, but nothing too crazy. Only one that hasn't already got some momentum going, and is at an all-time low, is CMND. I'm interested in that one. Maybe ASBP too, but I'm a little more cautious with that one.
Bought APLT last friday at 0.25 with 100k Shares ($25k Entry Cost) Sold on Monday at 0.35 for $10k. Bought IVP on Wednesday right before the close at 0.105 with 100k Shares ($10.5k Entry Cost) Sold yesterday at 0.1433 for a profit of $3,830 Current account value is at just about $50k. I can tell you that I'm monitoring CMND, DFLI, and ZONE right now. But I'm truthfully not too sure about them right now. If I buy something today, I'll let you know.
Was considering whether I wanted to buy into anything tonight, but I think I'm just going to wait until tomorrow. It's been an excellent week for me so far. Up $14k thanks to APLT and IVP. It's kind of surreal to be in this position now where I'm comfortably at about $50k.
Been an excellent week so far. Made 10k on APLT on Monday, and then about 4k on IVP today. Think I'm going to take some of that to take care my family's groceries and bills for this coming month. Help them out a bit more since I've been doing quite well lately.
Feel like one of the most valuable things I've learned over time is having the patience not to buy. Made a serious profit on APLT yesterday (0.25 -> 0.35 w/ 100k Shares = $10k Profit). Up to 50k now. Was considering jumping straight into another position this morning on other stocks to keep the momentum rolling, but chose not to because there was nothing I was really sure about - and now those that were up this morning have slowly gone down a bit. Might just take the day to watch and evaluate. Stay safe out there everyone.
As someone who has turned 3k into 50k over the past year, one thing I've said for a while now is: "There are no guarantees in the stock market." Sometimes it can seem like everything is going right for a stock, and the price remains flat or even goes down. Sometimes it feels like a stock should be tanking, but is forced upward due to momentum and hype. Truth is, in my experience, you're never going to know what happens next with absolute certainty. Best you can do is make an informed decision, and be as prepared as you can for both a positive and negative outcome. It's all too easy to get too greedy and hold past a stock's peak, and also get stubborn and hold on to a losing position hoping to get your money back. To that end, whether you're doing well or not, there will always be new opportunities on the horizon. You don't need to catch every single one. I missed both DFLI and BYND when they ran, but I caught and took big profits on BURU, GPUS, and APLT. Those three are what took me to my current account value of about 50k.
AMIX, APLT and GLMD has some volume going at least
I put in my two weeks at work three months back in September. I already had enough saved back by then to be fine for the rest of the year, but in October and November I've made 30k so far and now have 50k total. 50k was my goal for the year. Having started with just 3k in October 2024. APLT was the final piece of the puzzle to reach that goal. Got in under 0.25 on Friday with 100k Shares. Feeling great right now.
Took profits on APLT. Bought on Friday at 0.2486 with 100,000 Shares. Sold at 0.35 for a 10k profit. Just like that, I've met my investment goal for the year and now have over 50k.
Should we keep APLT ah or ???
APLT just keeps going, its my first big pannystock win, stoked!
Why the huge sell off for APLT after earnings? Heard that an executive chairman dipped and that their drug has major regulatroy hurdles
APLT, bortum fishing, jumping up after earnings. Analyst wuote a price target of 1.6 and its trading at 0.28. Bought 1000 for fun, holding till 1.6 or 0.
APLT... watch from te sidelines or jump in? Thats the question
Bought some APLT, slowly inching up. Not sure what happened last week for it to dump so hard but it looks oversold.
I’m watching MSPR and APLT
APLT or MSRP? Which would you buy today?
GNS, CAPS and APLT are my plays for 7am
Also anyone know why APLT crashed so hard?
Anyone buying this killer sale? APLT
APLT posted a worse Q3 financial position and is now in oversold conditions; some volume can send this back up
I dont put my whole portfolio in anything, I diversify. I know tech best as a software developer so AI on robotics are the growth bets I’m making in the long term. I just research companies that have proven themself but waiting for a growth in their sector. Some examples - Symbotic (up 80%) - NVIDIA (up 40%) - Foxconn/Hon Hai (up 40%) I also bought APLT earlier this year that went 100%. Don’t know nothing about biotech but this is something a friend recommended. Don’t buy what I bought tho. Just think of the future and what companies stand to make the most money in that future. Research them, buy and don’t sell until the fundamentals are compromised. This is the mindset of a long term investor.
Waiting on approval for APLT from the FDA. It’s looking good, especially since the drug works.
Delta and APLT earnings, Plug Power to squeeze...
Can APLT sorbitol reducing drug be expanded beyond rare diseases to mainstream, overweight, conscious patients? Sorbitol after all is a sugar and APLT is trying to reduce that sugar. Seems like APLT’s anti sorbitol pipeline could be more broadly applied than just rare diseases to GLP ones. Is it a block player or is it just a niche player?
APLT ready to flyyy https://www.biospace.com/drug-development/new-confirmatory-study-hints-at-alignment-between-applied-therapeutics-fda-for-rare-disease-drug
APLT looking strong. FDA situation is improving.
Looking at MOBX, FUBO, ATOM and APLT
APLT is my move, got in at 0.62 it's at 0.93 right now Hit big on Adap this week too and cashed most out at 101% but it's still looking like a short term play in the future Hoping CYDY hits tomorrow too I'm in at 0.26
KALA was ridiculous... it was a run up play APLT still yet to be seen. It's not quite over. Unlikely, but not quite over. Just gotta know when to take off risk :)
APLT already had its news, why buy? DFLI, GPUS, PSTV are better
Kinda sketchy on APLT - they just settled on a sec fraud lawsuit for misleading investors on clinical trial data, and deleting clinical data to look more positive than they were.
Why are people saying GPUS, 250Million volume barely moved this ticker that only has 26M float. ATM offering coming Monday. Be smart guys do you're DD. DFLI has a better chance of spiking. Also check out APLT, we might be hearing news about FDA approval on their drug. 60% of the OS is held by institutes so it has a huge support. Disclaimer: this is not financial advice GLTA
Keeping eyes on DVLT and APLT.
Anyone else notice how much shares institutes hold for APLT 👀 going back to$10
APLT. Just look at the graph lmao
Did everyone dump NUAI and DVLT? I see APLT being pumped +75% today, did we miss the party?
APLT. I ported 9k into this trash stock to gamble on a FDA decision for an NDA. LMAO
Time for some retard penny stock action. Dumping 4K into APLT LMAO🫰
Volatile Pharma penny stocks anytime. APLT or IOVA https://preview.redd.it/6kxza9oe67bf1.jpeg?width=160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=def01a67f35b5b4bac771dd7919f858de9ead3e4

APLT Update coming at conference presentation on Sunday. Check it out.
APLT giving a talk at a conference which usually bodes well
It seems they’re going to get a [Lawsuit](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2024/12/18/2999380/0/en/APLT-INVESTOR-ALERT-Bronstein-Gewirtz-Grossman-LLC-Announces-that-Applied-Therapeutics-Inc-Investors-with-Substantial-Losses-Have-Opportunity-to-Lead-Class-Action-Lawsuit.html)
APLT has another indication for this drug with different studies. They had planned on submitting an sNDA for that indication if they received approval(which of course they did not). The 2nd indication for SORD is a larger market than the original indication and all of the studies showed stat significance whereas the Govorostat studies had one study that did not meet stat. significance. Their MC is now around 230 million. With both approvals market indication was that they were worth more than 1B. I know that receiving the warning letter was bad and the messed up data is probably the reason that the ADCOM was cancelled but for the SORD indication they have a good shot at approval if they can get their stuff together and submit it as an NDA instead of an sNDA. They had indicated that it would be ready by end of Q12025 so we will see. I don't see it going lower from here. I'm not planning on betting the farm but I am considering opening a small position and waiting out the next 3 months to see what transpires from here.
I mean they definitely do, but that doesn't mean you can't make money even off a company which ultimately fails. As long as I reach my annual profit %, anything else is a bonus to me. No sense in staying too long as losing it or going red - that's why I pulled out of APLT +60%, right in time.
I am a 62 disabled man and almost put my entire life savings into APLT today when it was $1.68 thinking it can not go any lower due to all the great points you made. I wanted to 2x my money possibly 3x when this turns around. I lost my shit when I just saw stock at $1.35 in after our trading. I would have lost 20% of my retirement money and felt sick to my stomach. If the stock drops another 10 to 20%, I think this company could go under. Hopefully I am wrong and may put $100,000 into stock tomorrow if it drops any lower because upside reward versus risk is now insane. I actually bought the stock at $ 2.12 and sold as $ 2.04 which is as still a 4 % loss but I had a bad feeling it was still going south when it didn’t bounce the day after its 76% crash. . I bought a large position in intel today at $22 thinking just one good piece of news will have that stock could easily be back at 25 in a day. Thats a 6.5 % gain in a short period. Just need to hear intel announce their new CEO soon or even better a rumor of another company looking to buy them out. I think Intel with be a $50 dollar stock by this time next year which is over a 100% plus return . Intel is way to large not to eventually bounce back. At lease they are not at the risk of bankruptcy so it may be worth getting a small position. I may also drop $100,000 into APLT if I see it start to move north tomorrow. If it gets back to 10 that’s an $865,000 gain. I only wish I understood options, puts, calls etc because that’s how the pros make their multi millions. I want to become a day trader but don’t know where to start. Good luck with you investments my friend. I am rooting for you🙏
The FDA warning letter is now published: https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/applied-therapeutics-inc-696833-12032024 So APLT messed up with their reporting obligations, big time and quite unprofessional. Data was deleted by a third party two days prior the FDA inspection was announced. They haven't been upfront with dosing errors in the trial. I understand that FDA wasn't willing to approve it. But on the bright side no further negative surprises. As it had to contain relevant findings. So maybe they can turn it around without a new trial. So new FDA submission as early as Q1 maybe feasible.

I also did mine today lol. Same price $0.05. It was $APLT. Selling covered call just to see how it's done in my brokerage. Just to experience and understanding the basics. I want to use it to hedge my portfolio in the future.
Class 2 resubmission clock is 6 months. This would be class 2, and not class 1, because this resubmission is more than just a revision to paperwork. APLT suspects the FDA denial was related to the efficiacy package.
The FDA rejection destroyed APLT but the company has $98.9m cash on hand and their drug Govorestat actually works - FDA just had issues with data presentation and quality control. European approval still in play for Q1 2025. Pipeline includes other promising candidates for diabetic cardiomyopathy and retinopathy. This isn't some penny stock scam - they're working on real treatments for rare diseases with a [76.3% drop after FDA rejection]. That's pure panic selling. I'm loading up on Jan/Feb calls. Risk/reward here is insane if they can fix their paperwork. Even without US approval short term, EU market alone justifies way higher valuation than current market cap. Worst case? They burn through cash in 2-3 years. Best case? Multi-bagger when they resubmit clean data. Just don't bet the farm. This is still a binary bet on FDA accepting their appeal. *Not investment advice, I eat crayons for breakfast
Who’s gambling on APLT bouncing back
Lol I wish - this is the stock that taught me about bio stocks and they're propensity for freefall. I had shares that I was selling CCs on. I could buy the shares for $26 and immediately sell 3 WTE ATM calls for $10/share. Felt too good to be true. Turns out it was. After my shares got wiped out I spent some time doing research into the catalyst, and likelihoods etc etc. You can see the same thing happened this month alone to SAVA, PYXS, APLT, MRNS, and countless others. If I touch bio stocks again, it will be to short them. CRVS has just initiated phase 3 trials, which could last a long time - so I'll keep my eyes out next year for an announcement on expected dates for results, and I'll buy puts.
